I would never recommend anyone to have to deal with such sensitive issues such as insurance claims with someone who is this rude. She asked me why I was making a "big deal" and why I texted her after 5 pm. This was in regards to a situation dealing with water coming into our home- this shows the respect that she would take with your claim as well, something to keep in mind.

Usually it's for something simple, like wondering where my bill is. But I did have 1 auto claim, and it went smoothly. I didn't have to do anything besides call them and say what happened. They handled everything. American Family actually wanted to drop us from their insurance a while ago because I have a Black Lab/Rottweiler mix dog that we adopted. The nicest dog you would ever meet and would slobber all over you, but someone somewhere at AmFam panicked after seeing 'Rottweiler'. Robert suggested that he come to the house to get a picture taken siting next to our dog and to send it to AmFam and say 'nice dog'. Instead of sitting there, Robert kinda got slobbered on. Way above and beyond, and incredible service. I highly recommend Robert Tenzillo. There needs to be a 6th star on this review; someone add it please.

We've been with this agency since 2018 and initially had a professional agent, Robert Soultar, who…read morewas very helpful. Unfortunately, after he left, our experience has been extremely disappointing. One of our claims was denied without a clear explanation, and it seems no one at the Arachas Group is aware of the situation. We've been trying to get assistance from our account manager, Marlena Shaffer, but she mentioned she has no authority to resolve the issue. As we all know, an agent should step in and support their client when problems arise -- but that hasn't been the case here. I've even tried to find out who our main company representative is, without any success. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience with unprofessional and unskilled service. Be cautious before working with this company.

She's able to think about things creatively (like if you have an Airbnb vs long term tenants in a rental property, and how that might affect insurance), and is communicative even if she has the day off. Way above and beyond on service. She's one of the recommended insurance agents from Second City Real Estate (an investment property real estate brokerage), and for good reason. They're picky and only recommend the best, which is why they recommend Tiffany! I'm sure Tiffany also works with normal residential properties and businesses too. Email her for a quote and see what you think! She might not come back with the absolute most rock bottom price, but her prices are reasonable, and she gets you the best coverage, which is more important in the end should you ever need to file a claim.
