One of our claims was denied without a clear explanation, and it seems no one at the Arachas Group is aware of the situation. We've been trying to get assistance from our account manager, Marlena Shaffer, but she mentioned she has no authority to resolve the issue. As we all know, an agent should step in and support their client when problems arise -- but that hasn't been the case here. I've even tried to find out who our main company representative is, without any success. Overall, it's been a frustrating experience with unprofessional and unskilled service. Be cautious before working with this company.
