When I didn't have any accidents and my insurance premium ROSE, I began looking for another company to provide my insurance. I didn't really have a choice as to what type of insurance to hold the first time around, so the fact that Larry had a variety of options I could choose from AND he took the time to explain them all and answer all of my questions sealed my trust in him. When someone hit my parked car from behind and left without saying anything, he gave me a couple different options and then explained in detail exactly how to fix it. When my app Know Your Drive stopped communicating and the discount I received for having it installed disappeared, I called him and asked him how to fix it. He assured me that I am not alone, and again helped me out. Any time I have had any questions, he provided the answers. When considering other forms of insurance, he helped to educate me on what there is to offer and helped me to understand what I am working toward. Unfortunately, I was sitting in the vehicle eating breakfast . Police officer told me to file a police report by myself. I filed the police report the next day. .. Afterwards I made an auto claim for the damages. I had gone to get my car repaired using my own money.... I had gone to therapy but they did not want to recognize it. Anyways I called Tammy Tolbert from the claims department but I got no assistance and she is on vacation away from the desk . I sent a police report through email and the app . Tammy Tolbert claim she never recieved the police report . The therapy clinic sent the police report in the past but they never recieved it. I had gone to the Tony Kang office asking them to send the police report to Tammy Tolbert. However Tammy Tolbert made claim not recieving the police report ..I sent it again from my app. Today I recieved a totally different claim number on my app . It takes Tammy Tolbert up to 5 days to return a phone call and she cannot accept multiple phone calls. So they closed my claim without my knowledge or sending me an email. They never paid me for my accident... So why should I really pay for insurance that will not cover my accident ? The perpetrator has the same allstate insurance as I. They are so cheap ...It takes so long to get auto claim money but they want quick money to pay for their insurance policy . Allstate brings no justice to my accident . They ignore my claim ?? Do not fall for their deception . . I am going to report them with the better business burea... Claim adjusters do not give prompt service or follow through the events. It takes 5 days to return a phone call which only define their unprofessional customer service . Avoid All state.. If you get an accident , they will never pay. ... Avoid Allstate !!!!!! They want you to pay them so they do not pay you for an accident claim... As for Tony Kang , he was doing the best as an insurance representative ... His office assistant was helpful ... With several times of trying I finally got an AllState representative and they are going to investigate him! I wonder how many other people he has done this to??!!! WARNING!!!
