He…read moreasked specific questions about our current policy and took the time to explain the calculations. He assured me that we have the best available policy and ultimately he didn't get a new customer. However, he took the time to help me think through some aspects of our current policy that I could control the cost of and that resulted in a lower premium (for this coming renewal anyway). He may not have a paying customer, but for his honest expertise he has a customer for life when and if our current insurance companies changes our policy options (ie. hail/wind deductible %). Travis, thank you for taking the time to speak with me! I will reach out in the future to no one else should I believe we may benefit from switching companies.

Travis gave me his honest opinion that my rates were well in line with industry standard, and pointed out that I likely wouldn't retain certain grandfathered perks if I were to switch. This shows a high level of dedication and professionalism, when he could have instead steered me to another company so he could get a commission.

She can set up policies from a variety of insurance companies, and will do the research to get the best deal. When I first moved to Texas, I messed up my insurance, and Nina helped me out. Because of my mistake, my old insurance company wanted to up my premium a ton, Nina found me an afforable policy to keep until my mistake cleared up. She knew I would be going to back to my old insurance company, but that did not deterr her from giving me the red carpet treatment. Also, she can take payments at her office: cash, check and credit card. There are fees for those services, I think the amount depends on the insurance company. The office is pretty basic - but she's always available.. and can set you up in a jiffy.
