He assured me that we have the best available policy and ultimately he didn't get a new customer. However, he took the time to help me think through some aspects of our current policy that I could control the cost of and that resulted in a lower premium (for this coming renewal anyway). He may not have a paying customer, but for his honest expertise he has a customer for life when and if our current insurance companies changes our policy options (ie. hail/wind deductible %).
