The first star on this review is because I have see the work they did for 2 people I know in the Pioneer area and it was nice and reasonable. The second star is because he did show up to look at the job and give us a "verbal" estimate Initially. But, this is where it ends. No business card, no follow up, no paper work and basically no nothing after that. After a few weeks of waiting, I searched the internet for an email address to follow up and found none. So, I called and asked for it. I emailed, reiterated our meeting, needs and his quote, provided pictures and dimensions and still, absolutely no response. We went with another company that charged more but was responsive, professional, knowledgeable, truly on top of the game and you had a contract in hand to know what to expect. We feel we absolutely made the right decision based on their reviews, and the peace of mind is priceless. Bottom line is you can take a chance on this company with no guarantees and communication or make sure you are protected and sure to get what you're paying for. Good luck with your decision.
