We just moved to a new house and really needed to get white wood shutters. Jim answered the phone and immediately scheduled an appointment. What was really cool......Jim was the one that answered the phone and was also the person that showed up to do the estimate. Jim was awesome, showed up on time, and had a bunch of samples ready to go. We told him what we were looking for and he went to town and measured every window in the house. Once that was all done, Jim priced what we were looking for. Jim then made some suggestions to match what we wanted. Jim presented everything without being pushy or just selling the top of the line stuff. Even though it was Christmas time when we ordered, Jim was able to get everything installed by Christmas (about 3 weeks from order). We even ended up ordering some blackout shades for the kids rooms. Before placing the final order, Jim came back again, did a final measurement and made sure to go over everything again so everything goes just right. Jim pays great attention to detail so that everything is perfect. Jim answered all of our questions, answered emails pretty fast, and was very professional. These guys are professionals and top rated at what they do for good reason. Unlike most contractors I have ever worked with these guys set appointments and keep them. The price from day one was the price I paid in the end . . . Total. And the finished quality of their products is high end. If I could give them more stars . . . I would. My windows have existing mouldings which made for a very tricky design and installation. They provided us with recommendations for each window to get the look and functionality we wanted. Buyer Beware ! I was disappointed with the blinds they were measure incorrectly. The owner has a bad attitude and is an bully. You should never argue with the customer. The receipt did not itemized the taxes with the total. The receipt had the install and price for the window treatment total together.
