If your looking for someone to stand behind you back the services that they provide, than look some where else. We had new carpet put down in 3/4 of the house and within months it was coming apart. Called down to them and they sent one of their installers out and said the carpet was delimitating. After 4 weeks and not heard a thing from them. They tell me that they have called the factory and was waiting for them to get back to them. Someone comes out 6 weeks later and looks at the carpet and told us the the carpet company will be sending out a e-mail and also calling. The manufactor doesn't have either my e-mail or my phone number but thats what was send. 3 Months go by and nothing, so I call back to the store and I'm told the claim has been closed.
