Kham hand-built a new door and it has worked perfectly since installation. We had purchased materials for a series of pantry shelves and DJ and one of his crew knocked it out in a few hours. It looks great and functions perfectly. We decided to replace the tile in the second, tiny bathroom. The floor went down without a hitch but we hated the old, broken soap and toothbrush holders above the sink. Tuan talked with my wife and he figured out how to carefully remove the soap and toothbrush holders and replace them with two of the floor tiles. It looks amazing and looks like it has always been there! Every project got the same attention and great work.

The backyard was especially a big mess that I wanted to get taken care of right away. They fully fenced the yard, regraded the backyard, and put in a two tier retaining wall all in under two weeks time. Chad was the most responsive and honest vendor I've worked with. He came in for an estimate and kept to a timeline as agreed upon. I am also very happy with the level of work they provided.

Perhaps more time should've been taken on the final walk-through checking everything by both CHAD and ourselves. We are grateful we don't have children as this could be a potential hazard and is definitely not feeling stable. We are willing to revisit updating this post again once everything being an issue is resolved. We are constantly being told our unfinished deck will be done and yet there is no action? ONE PROVIDER CAME OUT AND WE HAVE BEEN MESSAGED BY THEM, THERE ARE OPEN ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY, AND HIM. We're glad to be talking with Chad via text but He sent the deck builder here on Friday4-12 -19 and none of the handrail spindles poor installation has been addressed ??? You can see our situation leaves us with less than stellar craftsmanship and putty covering where spindles are going to fall out? SPINDLES FINALLY FIXED - 1 HAND RAIL WAS OMITTED on that repair date. We are done asking for piecemeal fixes. WE FINALLY HIRED A HOME INSPECTOR OUTSIDE OF THE COST OF THIS DECK TO GIVE US SOME IDEAS WHAT CAN BE DONE GOING FORWARD TO INSURE ANY INSTABILITY ON THE HANDRAILS - but we're not inclined to say we would use ANY LABOR OR PROCESS PROVIDED BY ESCAPE TO RESOLVE THOSE ISSUES. We appreciate the opportunity to make sure the next time we have a fresh set of eyes on our deck the repairs will be done thoughtfully and hopefully most of the deck work will be salvageable if inspection transpires .

I was disappointed that I hadn't heard back from Jacob, so I left a review here expressing that disappointment. Almost immediately upon submitting my review, the owner responded. A short time later, Jacob called to explain why he hadn't gotten back to me and apologized for having dropped the ball. While I cannot speak to the quality of their work because I did not end up hiring them, I am changing my review because I feel like the owner and Jacob reaching out despite already having lost me as a customer shows integrity and care that is lacking in many contractor businesses these days. He said that he used to install and I liked that the sales person had experience doing the job so they weren't selling something that they really didn't understand. All of the staff were respectful and very clear. They continued communication through the process. I was also not harassed through follow ups. They allowed me time to review, get quotes, look at my budget and make - decision. It was a big reason I followed up when it made sense to move forward. I have had a lot of issues with contractors and Summit Fence has been such a breeze to work with. They do what they say they are going to do and they complete the job while respecting your space. I wish their energy was found elsewhere. I really love the look of the fence. I also had them stain it. Andrew and team did a great job. They were able to fit me in the schedule last minute and arrived early. At the end, they made sure to ask if I had any questions. If you want to pay check to avoid the fee, you can drop the deposit off and once the job is completed, the contractors will accept the check. That is a plus so you don't have to drive back over.

I asked for them to fix it and they came by and put dirt over the cement. Less than two months later the fence post caps have started to come off -- four so far have fallen off (pics attached). I emailed Johnathan about the cap issues and asked about the ten-year warranty that came with the fence. Instead of receiving an apology or coming out to properly affix the caps, he told me the caps don't typically come off and I would have to pay $100 for them to come out and fix it. Save your money and go elsewhere. While they claim they provide a ten year warranty for materials and workmanship, in practice it means nothing.

I first met with Domoniq who was friendly and efficient in gathering measurements and understanding what my needs were. After receiving the initial quote I had additional questions, and he quickly answered and then updated the quote. Once I decided to use Bravo, I put an initial down payment to start. Within a week, Lowes had dropped off all the needed supplies, then Jose (Crew Chief) and company(3 guys and 2 gals) arrived around 9A to start building. Jose did a final walkthrough with me to ensure everything was located correctly with gates and final placement. Once confirmed, his crew went to work. As he stated they typically do a fence a day, they all knew their place and position and started. They were friendly and incredibly hard working. While one or two guys did demo work with the old fence pieces, others brought lumber and posts where they needed to go. The women were no slouches either as I watched them carry 80 lb bags of quickcrete like they were nothing! The crew worked the rest of the day and finally finished around 5P. Jose and I did final walkthroughs and I decided to keep the rest of the leftover materials to use if needed. I would give them an A+ 5 / 5 rating. Great work and great price!

This by far has to be the worse fence company ever. They destroyed my water lines, fence door fell off the hinges within a month and calls to rectify the issues goes unanswered after months. This was the worst investment I made to my home going with these guys. Their mistake cost me hundreds of dollars in water overage bills and new water line installation. We needed fencing for both our front and back yard to allow our dogs to roam without running into our neighbor's yard or into the street. The planning process was started before we had even moved into the state of Georgia, and we continued to work with the same rep (over a period of several months) from the start of the project to the very end . We had no issues working by email and phone to plan out the fence lines as well as the design and materials. Despite a very long and unexpected wait (our own oversight) for proper permitting, Chamblee worked with us to ensure the design met local ordinance requirements. When the project was completed, we noticed that the clearances for the gates were all perfect, the gates were properly braced and very sturdy, and everything was perfectly level. A big thank you to everyone at Chamblee, especially Robert Womac who was absolutely amazing to work with!

Franko's team showed up right on time every day. They communicated with us each day and did a wonderful job. We had them build a 6' privacy fence with 3 gates. They also custom built 2 doors for our crawlspaces that match our fence perfectly. We also had them install a new back door that we had a hard time installing ourselves. It took them a while because it was a pain in the a**! But they never complained and installed it perfectly. They even filled in some holes our dogs had dug (with some excess dirt). That is above and beyond!! In addition, they took down 6 tall metal poles that were remnants of an old carport. They even filled in the holes with concrete without us even asking. They did all the demo themselves! And they didn't leave a single piece of trash behind! We could NOT be more pleased with this fence install. Franko has a great team that works for him.
