Espino Body Shop - Beautiful Bel-Air

Espino Body Shop

I purchased a used Toyota Highlander awhile back that had pretty major damage to the front bumper…read morecover and a deep scratch on the back tailgate that almost looked like a bear had gotten ahold of it. It was a real eye sore but after quoting the repairs with several shops in town, my wife and I balked at the price and decided we didn't mind driving a kind of ugly car. Eventually the "bear" scratch began to rust and we decided that we needed to get it addressed before we ended up with extra ventilation through our tailgate. Having driven past Espino's shop several times, I was always impressed by the finished vehicles that were sitting in the driveway, all freshly painted and shined up like new. I decided to drive there one day to see what they would have to say. It was a little awkward because there isn't a front entrance so to speak, just a metal door that I opened and found myself right in the shop. I showed him what the issues were and he got on the phone to call someone about the availability of the bumper cover before quoting me a price that was lower than anybody else had been. We mainly communicated through text message but after 4 days in the shop it was finished and ready for pick up. When I arrived I hardly noticed the car because I expected to at least notice some bubbling or something where the deep scratch had been. The bumper was brand new and the paint match was very good. UPDATE: On the way back from the shop, the left front splash guard came loose and dragged against the tire. I was able to tie it back up for a quick fix. It's now been two days since I picked the car up and my wife just informed me that the front right splash guard came loose and was dragging, damaging the cover past the point of repair. The repairs that we took the car in for have been taken care of and we're very satisfied with that aspect. Unfortunately I would consider this an unfinished job considering the guards were not put back on properly. UPDATE 2: They had me bring the car back in and replaced the guard that was badly damaged and fixed the other. Mistakes happen and the way they handled it has earned my business going forward. Excellent job and service.

On our way to visit some family near Tulsa we had an accident. We were referred to AAA Frame &…read moreBody. The initial phone call was terrific as they felt they could help us before we had to make the long drive home. There were some issues with getting the parts and the owner took it upon himself to get the issue fixed and even drove to the location to get the part that was supposed to be delivered. Not only was the service top notch, but the way they care for their customers is a lost art. A fantastic place of business. Wish they had a location near us!!

My 1990 Ford F150 with 45000 original miles and not a scratch on it was hit broadside while parked…read morein my driveway. A couple of shops wanted to swap the bed and respray. Others didn't want to touch it . All of them recommended that I have AAA Frame and Jeremy Taylor look at it. Upon meeting them I was sure I wanted them to fix my truck. They knew immediately where to get new bed panels and listened to exactly what I wanted. Here's the problem. They over delivered and came in under budget. My truck is beautiful. I bought it brand new in 1990. It was never this nice. The paint is like liquid mirror. It is flawless. I can't believe it's the same truck. If I knew it could look like this, I would have wrecked it years ago. It's so nice I really don't want to use it for truck stuff. My neighbors can't believe it's the same truck. Initially, I was going to self-pay and deal with the insurance company myself. They weren't going to pay to have it repaired the way I wanted it, and just wanted to be done with it. Bad idea. Enter Kerri Taylor, owner and "She Who Must Be Obeyed!" In less than a day, and after I, like a dummy, already signed a release, got them to pay for the whole thing!! This lady saved me $$$$. From start to finish they were friendly, professional, and concerned about doing it right and taking care of their customer. I am so grateful to them and their staff. One more thing: ignore the neighborhood. They are a diamond in the rough. Please go see them, talk to them. You'll be so glad you did.
