This place should not even be called a company. More like a shit hole full of unprofessional people. Starting from the Owner. He has no management skills and depends on other employees to help him on EVERYTHING. Complete moron, liar, disrespectful, unfair and sneakiest person you will ever meet. Do not believe anything he says. Specially on the interview. He will do the complete opposite of what he tells you. Specially when it comes to commissions. The office manager is just as bad. She does not know how to talk to their customers. In fact I lost some accounts because of her while I worked there. She's evil and a two face bitch that will talk bad about the customers while she's not on the phone with them. Then, when she's on the phone she tries to be the most professional person.That place is disgusting and so are they both. None of the employees there like her or the owner. Pretty sad that most of the employees depend on him and he takes advantage of the situation and its always harassing them but sadly they know no better. I am so glad I left when I did cuz the company was doing so bad that the owner stopped paying some of the employees and when he tried to do it to me I left. Be very careful if they try to sell you something. Specially if its under a lease since 99% of the time there's issues with the agreements and will lock you into something you didn't know or wanted. After doing our research on different leased copier/printer providers we opted for ABS. Their prices were competitive and we are local here in Florida. We couldn't be happier with our decision thus far. The pick up and delivery of our previous machine went as smooth as can be and we had our new machine up and running within minutes which avoided any interruption for our business. After installation of our machine we realized that the machine we had selected was not meeting our needs in terms of size and speed and we decided to ask ABS to upgrade us. They were very open to hearing exactly what we needed and were responsive to finding us a better fit. Within a week we had the machines switched and set up and we couldn't be happier. The machine was exactly what we needed and did not come with any additional costs or added frustrations. Update 5 months later: We are happy with our printer and recently ordered our first toner. Arrived as soon as the very next day. Would have wished we were told that even though supplies are covered, the shipping isn't. We were charged for freight for the toner, which is a minimal cost, however it would have been the correct thing to disclose about charges not included. read more

I was an ex-employee of Accelerated, and I realize that it might be highly unusual for a former employee to actually have something nice to say but in this case it is sincere. Aside from being a positive work environment that treated their employees well, it was a company with outstanding ethics that I could feel proud putting my name behind and representing. The overwhelming majority of customers I encountered in the field (about 95%) had nothing but positive feedback regarding their experience with ABS, and that gave me a tremendous amount of confidence when touting our service record to other prospective customers. Run away. Locked up lease agreements with no wiggle room or concern for the consumer. Watch out for this company. Smile upon signature and poor service after. Never trust companies that lock you in non cancel leases for two years. The only reason a company does that is to protect their poor customer service. read more
