The salad bar had a ton of variety and all of it was so good. The shrimp was delicious and spicy, the jasmine rice was so warm and soft. The potatoes were cheesy and soft. They give you complimentary mashed potatoes, cheesy bread, plantains, and French fries and all of it was cooked to perfection. It was hard to not eat all of it right away. The meat selection is a little overstimulating since the waiters are just buzzing around the tables looking for people to shave off a piece of meat for. All of the food runners were extremely friendly and looked happy to be there, there were just so many of them. You get overwhelmed because you just start saying yes to all the meat because you don't want to miss out on a good piece but then you end up with a ton of food on your plate. I tried to play it cool and only eat small portions at a time but I got full so quickly :-( the best meat had to be the filet minion, the worst being some of the lamb options, but none of it tasted bad. We didn't order any drinks because we were trying to only get full off the actual food but we had multiple waiters try to get us to order their house cocktails. Next time I would definitely try one now that I know what to expect.

Some make the mistake of just simply sitting quiet and waiting until the desired cut comes around - don't be shy! If you enjoy a drink with your meal, treat yourself to a caipirinha while you're here - they're sweet, strong and done well. I save room in my stomach for this place when I go. It's delicious. 2) their Caipirinha is a great alcoholic beverage. 3) You can't really go wrong with their salad bar, but make sure you get their chimichurri, horseradish, pickled spicy peppers, roasted garlic, and grilled vegetables as these are items that will level up the delicious meats that they serve here. 4) All of their meats are good here, but don't miss their beef/pork ribs, their house special picanha, and their grilled pineapple. They only call out names for in-person orders, so you'll be waiting a while if you don't speak up! I also tried their new seasonal sandwich--the pulled pork melt and the very popular nonseasonal sandwich crispy chicken sandwich. Both were very filling and packed with flavor. Just make sure to eat these fresh, as they will likely get soggy if you try to save them for later. What I order depends on my mood, but there are plenty of fillings to choose from. I have to say, this shop is consistent--the size and shape of the empanadas and the bread-to-filling ratio. I also appreciate that they mark the pastries, so you know exactly what's inside. But do not think they only serve empanadas. They also have sweet cakes and pasties as well.
