Parking is open and easy to find, and the owners constantly keep the business up to date with the holiday decorations. The employees are always friendly and the service is impeccable. But its the many menu options that are the show stopper! From the Acai Bowls to the smoothies, everything is delicious and worth every spoon full or sip! bowls are definitely plentiful. i ordered a small and was able to share it and still get full off of it. customer service was super helpful and kind. they noted that their açaí comes straight from Brazil. we love the authenticity! they offer plenty of toppings and a selection of fresh fruit. you can build your own or select one of their many curated options. read more

I've never had an açaí bowl before so when this place opened I knew it was a sign. My husband and I shared the medium sized Malibu Bowl-Açaí blended with apple juice, banana and strawberries. Topped with granola, banana, strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes and honey. DELICIOUS!! I cannot wait to try all the other variety of bowls. They also have artisan toasts, smoothies, lemonades and special shots (ginger, beets, etc.). I placed my order with their online app when I sat down and it was made in a timely fashion. The bowls here are good and fresh. A lot of options, and flavors. A little pricey, but I still will be back.

I'm a big açaí fan, and this spot has by far the best açaí bowls in New Braunfels! It's also a perfect place to sit down and get some work done--great music and an inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend the Pro Surfer Bowl with extra granola and the cookie crumble on top. Plus, the staff is super friendly. Definitely my go-to! read more

A see a few complaints about the the açaí being grainy and that's probably because they didn't realize they ordered a bowl with only the açaí pulp- rather than ordering a bowl with an açaí smoothie blend. For being called EXpress, it took over 30 minutes just to get two bowls of açai. Also, I absolutely despise one of business that should be bringing healthier food to Texas to make it more accessible and cost-effective does exactly the opposite... $13 for a small bowl of açai is absolute price gouging. Me and my friend usually go to acai express quite a lot and today we went and Eric took our order and gave us stamp cards which we were surprised because we never knew they had any, and not only that but he also brought us our bowls rather then us having to get up and get them and he went back and got us napkins to! So I don't remember what I had but I do know it had peanut butter, almond slivers, honey and so forth. But right now their granola isn't gluten free and I removed that and I can't eat almonds and so Removed that. With that said I had the small bowl and with tip it was $16.17 ... I thought it was yummy but way over priced and honestly would be considered a treat for the average person. Their most basic bowl which is açaí, granola and banana is $10.00... the customer service was good, just slow in prep. I know they are starting out and so if you have the money give it a go. Yuck! The açaí is the worst I have ever eaten. I ended up eating all the fruit on top and throwing the rest away. And it cost sooo much! The açaí is premade and stored in the individual containers, so they just top it with fruit. Yes, this makes things quicker, but the granola and coconut is rock solid on top. Also, when you are paying that much, it would be nice to have it blended fresh. I ended up driving down the road to get something better at Fruition. read more
