I used pliers to push the pin out headfirst. I probably could have taken it back to have the pin removed, but I need that coat on a daily basis. Also, they fixed the seams around one of the pockets, but now it is slightly too small for my hand when I have a mitten on. That said, the coat was fixed on time and I thought the price was fair. I can't speak to their dry cleaning services.

For some reason instead they decided to uncross the straps so they were even longer and the dress was falling down. The dress was ready the evening before the wedding so there was no time to go back and get it fixed, my aunt had to sew the 2 straps together to make it mimic the look of a criss cross instead. When I called back the next day to get my money back since I paid $140 for this "work," they refused to refund me. I will never use this business again, they are scammers who will ruin your clothing and steal your money. Pics included of what the dress looks like originally, as well as their "work," and my aunts solution. Once again I would like to reiterate that they REFUSED to refund my money for this, so I will be filing a chargeback with my bank on Monday.

Not to fear, I gave them to my son to drop off at Unique Cleaners. Well, there is a Unique Cleaners in East Setauket, I didn't know he brought them to the Miller Place location! I walk in and see my old tailor. I said hi, picked up my clothes that look brand new and left. Unique Cleaners, I can honestly say they've cleaned our clothes for 20+ years, my favorite dry cleaner!
