When 9:00 pm hit the attendant stormed out side to let me know that the laundry mat is closed and if I don't grab my things she planned on locking the door. I had about 10 minutes left on my machine. I walked out with damp clothes last night. I understand that she wanted to leave, however, I am a paying customer. I walked out with damp clothing last night UPSET! She should've Atleast let my clothes dry for the last 10 minutes that I paid for on the dryer. This isn't the first time the attendants at this location do this. There very rude and nasty.

Only issue i had is that i was charged $8.99 (x2) for each of my Duvet covers that are as thin as a bed sheet. I have never been charged extra for this. Its not a blanket! So keep eye out for that. Also was not shown anywhere about a gratuity that seems about 14% of bill. Obviously i was gonna tip but it caught me by surprise. Overall it was great service, from pickup to drop-off.
