We stayed here because we were visiting for the weekend. We were here to attend a cousin's wedding close by. This is our first time at an AC Hotel. I wasn't even aware they were a Marriott hotel. This place inside and out looks very modern and sleek. Once we walked in, we were greeted right away and checked in in no time. The lady was super nice and told me about all the various dining options they had to offer. We got to our room and I liked how simple and modern it was. It's functional, in the sense that there's plenty of seating area. It didn't look overly decorated and cluttered . The bed and shower were super comfy. Neighbors next to us seemed pretty quiet. We did have an incident on the last night. The fire alarm had gone off, and we all had to evacuate in the middle of the night. It was low 40s, high 30s when this happened. Thankfully, we took our keys with us so we were able to wait in the car. The fire truck came, and police inspected the building. I'm guessing someone had pulled the fire alarm? No one explained anything to us as we slowly made our way back to the room. Highly recommend this place. If I ever come back, I would want to go to the Bradford (rooftop bar).

I've been to the AV hotel in Boston n loved it. This one is even better! More spacious. Still Souter clean. Love the complimentary coffee in the morning till 10am. You have to brew your own cup. It's a beautiful espresso machine user friendly n they used Starbucks coffee beans. I made myself a Flat white w an extra espresso shot. We came to celebrate a friend's birthday at the roof top restaurant Bradford ( see my separate review) and since we know we were going to be drinking, one of our smart friend decided to book a room. Rooms a nice n big super clean well stocked w towels. The staff is super friendly too. The outdoor space has fire place n blankets for the cold weather. Pool table at the lobby. There's all you can eat breakfast for $16. I'll definitely come back. It was a great experience

Do you like being awakened with slamming doors and loud berating of an angry drunk man? Did I tell you that goes on until closer to 2am on a Monday? Do you like to sleep? Because unless you bring earplugs or something, I recommend you stay elsewhere. In fact, I left the hotel around 3am on checkout day just to get away from the noisy horror. I had less than 3 hours of sleep for the 2 nights and 3 days I stayed there. Let me start with the positives about this hotel location: Parking is free Check in was easy The hotel offers feather-free room and it is mostly clean Onto the negatives. It's noisy. I should have brought my earplugs with me. I stayed over the weekend and it was a wedding weekend for someone. People are very loud with talking and slamming doors. You can hear the booming music from the wedding venue and everything that's going on in the parking lot. There's a restaurant and a bar conjoined to the hotel and you will encounter drunk people as well. The room was pretty clean compared to other places I've stayed this year. But, it had empty body wash bottles, hair on the sink countertop, and no extra towels. And the rainforest shower does not work. You will be stuck with the handheld although it still has good shower pressure. Yes the parking is free but you won't find a spot on the weekend evenings easily. And that makes it onerous when it's in the 20s at night. The check in was also easy but you may get assigned to a room that's in front of the elevator if you want your room feather free. Housekeeping staff is incredibly rude. The elevator was broken and so I had to wait for more than 5 minutes for my turn. Then, the housekeeping staff came in from the service elevator side and kicked me out telling me to MA'AM YOU NEED TO WAIT FOR YOUR TURN. USE A DIFFERENT ONE WE HAVE 3 IN CASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW. Wow. Ok. Thanks. Right. Sure. And I had to ask for more shower gel and towels using the app but it took more than an hour for the requested items to arrive. The front desk called me to ask if anyone came or not after awhile as well and I am assuming this is a common occurrence. The housekeeping dude showed up with a trashbag full of towels and exactly 1 comb, 1 tiny bottle of shower gel and one bar soap later on. Have I told you I was running late and missed out on showering? But at $175/night rate, I can't help it but to feel like I should go elsewhere the next time.

Grand opening was about 1 year ago, so it's a fairly new hotel. Very clean details. Beautiful lighting, especially in the bar area. Rooftop lounge was still closed at the time of our stay, but I was told it would open the following week. There is an outdoor patio area that faces the parking lot where igloos are setup to protect customers from the cold. Nice bar although the draft beers were limited to IPAs. Pool table located right next to the bar along with a large seating/lounge area. We were told there was no room service and no chef on Sat and Sun. I'm not sure if this is every weekend since I didn't get a straight answer from the front desk. All of the staff were extremely hospitable, but the woman who checked us in on Saturday around 5:30 pm had such a great personality and was extremely helpful. I don't recall getting her name but she has a blond short haircut. The hotel has a pool, complimentary "grab & go" breakfast options, office/executive space in the main lobby. Microwave can also be found in the lobby. The rooms were very cold. We tried to adjust the temperature throughout our stay to finally be told the thermostat was locked. Any other issues or questions we had were easily addressed.

I really love love love this place. The decor is amazing and the ambiance is very sexy. It over looks a section of Bridgewater overlooking the mall. Many photo opportunities here. The food is just ok and at the time seemed to be out of alot of things. Regardless I still like it and will definitely be going back.

We stayed on Saturday night over Valentine's Day weekend and had the most pleasant stay. We were also celebrating our first wedding anniversary so I had asked ahead of time for the staff to drop off a couple of items in the room before we arrived. It was a 5" replica of our wedding cake top and a remake of my bouquet. The hotel kept the items refrigerated for me the night before and set them up in the room so beautifully right before we arrived. My husband was so surprised, thank you for also keeping it a secret when we checked in! Our King room with a pullout sofa was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the smart TV features as we got ready for our reservation at The Bradford. You absolutely must make a visit to The Bradford a part of your stay, it really elevates the whole experience. We slept well with the blackout curtains and comfortable bed. We made our way down to breakfast and were so pleasantly surprised with the spread. They offered a vibrant variety of foods and drinks and the hospitality was wonderful. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. After breakfast we lingered in the lounge a little longer and eventually made our way out. We were sad to leave since it was such a perfect local night away for us. I would recommend this place to anyone travelling or just looking for a nice night out nearby.

Super nice new hotel. Staff is super friendly and extremely helpful. I wasn't thrilled that the ac broke, but they did fix it and made good on it. They did have a roof top party, which made it difficult to sleep with people slamming doors late at night. Had it not been for those issues I would have given it 5 stars. Over all this is a very nice hotel with very friendly staff.

The hotel itself is decent, clean, nice lobby and has a great bar and pool table. Our disappointment was the inattentive host at check in. She was on the phone and made no attempt to multitask. Instead she kept me waiting for like 5-10 min and seem bothered that I was waiting to check in. She made no effort to accommodate our request for two rooms next to each other or across from each other. The pool was lukewarm and clean and the gym was small but adequate. Sarah & Julia were particularly very helpful, kind, and went above and beyond to help us.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have never been to a Marriott where their employee could care less about their client. The rating is a ZERO!

(Silly me, I always thought the whole point of a security deposit was to get the money back when it is no longer needed.). I am told repeatedly that I am on the list to get paid back when it is my turn, as there is a list. My dad passed away in 2013, and probably dissolved the relationship long before that, as he was ill. Yet, I still cannot get back this paltry amount of money (by their standards), yet they can waste millions each year redoing the interior decorating unnecessarily. It is fun for golf, and tennis, and a pool. Oh wait, you can get that for free anywhere huh? Don't waste your money, and trust me.. I know them well, there is money to be paid for everything from the food to the pro shop. and it is ALOT! The manager never answers the phone, so I am going to be going there in person with my probate lawyer (and I'll dress the way I want, not according to their dress code) in the upcoming weeks to get a copy of my fathers original paperwork, and potentially serve them with a lawsuit! Be aware that if you join, you will be lucky if your grandchildren are still alive to get your money back! They are probably hoping the heirs don't know or don't even remember. Don't waste your money, every service they have is free somewhere. And if you are thinking that because its a private club that you can play golf without a waiting period or anytime you want, think again. I can recall my dad always being angry about having to wait and schedule appointments just to play. Don't waste your money, if you want to show off your wealth, get a Ferrari instead. It'll be about the same price.
