We are beyond thankful for their service! We have a Samsung French Door refrigerator that we have had issues with within the last few years. Our home warranty company denied our recent claim due to inaccurate diagnosis, we then thought we needed to purchase another refrigerator, went on FB MP. Their listing on FB MP showed a refrigerator for sale however upon talking with Alma from Ac Appliance Services from Lodi CA , she suggested a repair based on our problem instead of purchasing the refrigerator they had for sale. They could have just gone through with the sale but went beyond and above, sending out their repair team (her husband and son) to fix the problem! I was a repeat customer of AC Appliance over the last 2 years. Unfortunately due to my recent experience I will never buy from them again. I bought multiple appliances for rental properties from AC Appliance. My experience was good enough, although you do pay more than if purchasing from a private seller on Craigslist. In February 2026 I bought 2 microwaves and a propane gas range for different properties. I told Alma, the owner, that I planned to install the range in a cabin we are building and that we would store it until we had the kitchen built. She said no problem. In April, we were ready and we moved the range to the cabin. When we unwrapped it one side of the oven door came detached. We did not know what caused this but we wanted to get it fixed. I called Alma but she almost immediately was hostile and accusatory. She said "my workers" had lifted the range by the handle and that caused the problem. I told her there were no workers other than myself and my husband and we had not lifted it via the handle. She accused me of not listening to her (as she made things up). I told her I just wanted to know what to do to get the one hinge back in so the door could close. She and her husband then sent me a YouTube video on how to take the door off. They also sent me pictures of the range in their shop pre-purchase with the oven door fully attached and open. I was able to use the YouTube video to take the door off. I then took pictures of the hinges showing them in different positions. I asked what to do to reposition the one hinge. Alma did not respond. She would not answer my texts, or my phone calls from cell or home. I had to use another person's phone to reach her. She said she would not help me because I interrupted her during our previous conversation. While I was ghosted by Alma I read Yelp reviews. Other people have expressed the same--Alma becomes hostile before she even knows what the problem is. Her knee jerk response is to blame the customer (or imaginary workers). IMO she would rather lose a customer than be helpful. Like another reviewer "it started good but ended badly." Alma should get someone else to handle customer service. I will not give them any more of my business. read more

I bought a set of washe / dryer when i first moved here, then again another set a few years later, I wanted an upgrade. Their service is great, products were great, and both times were delivered in a timley manner. I did have a few issues on the first set, but as it turned out, the apartment vent was clogged and kept blowing the heating element. The first time it blew they fixed it for free and they tols me to call maintenence to get it fixed. No issues since. If you need a set at a good price, I suggest them! read more

I bought a washer and dryer from them recently via their ad on Craigslist. I paid more than I would have from a private buyer because they offered a short warranty and as a small business I expected service. After about a week of use the dryer quit working on the weekend. They came on Monday and fixed it; apparently it was the door switch...a quick and cheap fix. They suggested that we were slamming the door too hard. Since I am the one who was using it and I knew I didn't slam the door I knew it wasn't because of that, it was just a bad part. A couple of weeks later the dryer quit again. But this time it was a week past the warranty. They said they'd come out anyway but for some reason my son didn't hear them knock or ring the doorbell, as they claim they did, even though he was sitting in the living room waiting for them. They then told me it was out of warranty so now they'd have to charge a service call and again suggested that it was probably broken because we were slamming the door. How do they know that if they haven't even looked at it? Again, I was pretty sure it's not because of slamming the door because I'm the one that uses it and I don't slam the door. They kept insisting it wasn't their fault and even though I reminded them of our conversation when I first bought the set that I planned to upgrade to front loaders and buy a new fridge in the next several months they still didn't want to come and fix the faulty dryer they sold me. They seemed more interested in blaming me than retaining a customer. After several back and forth texts I finally told them to I'd handle it myself and that I'd buy my front loaders and fridge somewhere else. I went to an appliance parts store (as it turns out it's the same one they use) and the counter guy helped me diagnose the problem and fix it for $15. Turns out it had nothing to do with the door at all...it was the thermo fuse in the back of the dryer, something I'm sure AC has in their toolbox. It only took me 15 minutes to fix it. I'd suggest to these folks to try to think about improving their level of customer service by 1) honoring an freshly expired warranty when an appliance fails TWICE within a month, 2) stop blaming the customer for the problem, especially when you don't even know for sure what the problem is 3) sometimes it's best to eat a little labor and gas today in order to secure a good customer for the future instead of saving a penny today and losing a dollar tomorrow by running off someone who could bring you lots of business in the near future. 3) Spend a couple bucks to fix the inexpensive maintenance parts like fuses and door switches BEFORE you sell the machine so as to avoid costly warranty repairs and inconvenience customers later. So, my experience with these folks started out good but ended badly and i won't buy from them again. read more

I bought a used French door bottom freezer fridge from them. Great price, looked nice. They promptly delivered the next day. Noticed a problem with the doors not hanging properly the day after deliver, they took the fridge to their shop to fix it. Got it back 3 days later all fixed. Recently had a problem with the fridge not cooling properly, my 30 day warranty was up, but they came out and looked at my fridge and got it working for free! Buying used appliances can be tricky, but their dedication to their customers is evident making my decision to buy used from them easy. What a scam! I bought a fridge from these people everything looked great at first they told me it ran great and like an idiot I believed them. I ended up paying $480 for this piece for that price you would expect at least a working fridge but after I got it hooked up it got cold right away so I put my food in it, only to find out after a few hours it turned into a oven!!! The best part was that when I had them come pick it up they charged me $60!!!! They had the nerve to say it was my fault!! I hate this place I will never let aanyone buy anything from these people! read more
