Just moved to Fulshear and found this amazing gem (thanks to the community of Yelpers). The food was authentic and tasty. We ordered a variety of dishes: - Pineapple Fried Rice (modified for a vegan and made with brown rice) - Chiang Mai noodles (Katsu and egg on the side- also vegan friendly if proteins are removed) -Mango Salad -Pad Thai From what the owner shared, they just opened up a month ago, so let's try to support them (I know construction sucks to get into the plaza), but its all worth it! Tried the Chiang Mai noodles with beef ribs at Absolute Thai Cuisine and they were incredible--the curry is hands-down the best I've had in Houston, rivaling even the famous spot in Vegas. I only wish they offered a crispy duck option. Also tried the Pad Thai, the noodles were softer than I usually prefer, but still flavorful. Honestly, this place blew me away. I've eaten a lot of Thai food--including in Thailand--and this was even better. Ambiance: nicely decorated interior and remodeled from previous restaurant, ample seating for small and large groups. A TV in one corner plays a video on loop of touristy sites from Thailand marketplace (I assume). Waiting area out front for mobile or pick up orders and to wait for tables. Service: We went during their grand opening and we had family members order pick up the same day. During their grand opening, they offered free Thai Tea with every entree ordered over $10. They have it for the take out orders as well even though they did not know about the in store promotion, so that was very considerate. The waitress and staff were very helpful and nice. They greeted everyone who walked in and stopped to talk to all of the customers to welcome them to the new restaurant. We were seated quickly, our orders taken and delivered, and you pay at the table with a handheld scanner that the waitress brought over at the end of the meal. Food: Between the food ordered at the restaurant and at home, we had the lunch portions of the yellow curry, red curry, pad Thai, Basil fried rice, Drunken Beef (somewhere between a pad see ew and a pad key mau), and ... something else. They all came with soup, salad or egg roll for the lunch menu. Everyone got the eggroll (cabbage inside) with a dipping sauce. We shared a roti with red curry for an appetizer. Everything was insanely salty and not "Asian" spicy. A few of us got a level 4 spicy (out of 5) and it barely tasted spicy. I'm sure it might be spicy for some, but it's not Thai spicy, if that helps. The tea was overly sweet and we watered it down with extra milk and/or water for each person. It was flavorful and I did like it.The dishes overall were very flavorful and would've been really good if it wasn't all so salty - and we salt our food A LOT and it was still salty to us across the board. I would give this place another try though. Like I said, the flavors were there and everything was cooked nicely. It was opening weekend right after Hurricane Beryl basically shut down parts of the city, so it wasn't the best conditions for a grand opening. There were three other tables besides us inside at noon and a couple of people picking up take out orders while we were there. read more

Oh my goodness this place was freaking unforgettable. From beautiful ambiance, deliciousssss food, refreshing drinks, and smiling staff. The chiangmai noodles with katsu... probably the best new asian dish I've had this year and that's coming from a huge Asian cuisine foodie! The broth is the perfect balance of rich and complex but also not overpowering and overly thick. The blend of spices and flavors was just right. It went well with the noodles and katsu. The katsu...child, the KATSU! It blended harmoniously with the sauce and noodles and the way it soaked up the curry flavor and retained its CRUNCH, is something you remember lol. (Not to be dramatic) the noodles were so yummy too. It was just so well executed! I had a bite of fiancée's pad see ew, and let me say... I'm a Thai food snob. I have tried almost every spot in Sugarland/sharpstown. This one is definitely up there. It's not overly sweet- the spice, sweet, and savory was again, so well executed. Had a bit of crisp on the thinner noodles which is why we all order pad see ew, of course. The drinks were so amazing. I have had an issue before with Thai green tea being too sweet or too earthy. This was an awesome combo of both while you can also appreciating the condensed milk Only complaint I have is the service was slow with getting us a receipt and taking our order. But it was their first two weeks of opening. If it was a consistent thing, I'd bring it to a 4 star but the food is too great to rate a 4!!! read more

Great Thai spot in Fulshear. We got the house salad, coconut shrimp, Chang Mai noodles, and absolute sampler. The service was great and the restaurant itself is cute. We also got Thai iced tea which was delicious. The absolute sampler is a great way to taste a mixture of their appetizers. I absolutely loved the coconut shrimp so ordered another afterwards! Ordered a beef salad which was very salty even with a bowl of white rice to neutralize the sodium, but still salty. Also ordered "curry fried and soft noodles with beef ribs" which was bad too. Got takeout tonight from this new Thai restaurant by our house. We had massaman curry with Tofu and veggies and Thai basil with chicken. The curry came in a small container stuffed with veggies and it almost overflowed when we opened it. They need to have a larger container going forward. The curry was ok, not as authentic as I hoped. The Thai basil chicken was better. We ordered mild for both. Will give this place another try soon. read more
