Leon and Val are amazing individuals. They explain the entire process and put you at ease. Love how honest and straight forward they are, it's much appreciated since it's a hard trait to find nowadays. The only downfall is the wait time, we were there for a few hours. However, we stayed until after closing time and they were nice enough to offer us pizza (who doesn't like pizza?). Their pricing is also reasonable! Which is a bonus. I got a cartilage piercing and she got a flat. Lizzy was our piercer and she was great. I totally recommend her. It was $50 to have this done, unless you want to upgrade the jewelry. There were ample choices of the regular ones though so that wasn't a problem, I did not check prices at other places so I don't know if this is typical. They recommended coming in after a few weeks so they can resize the piece, after swelling goes down. There is no extra charge for this. Any future adjustments are free as well, even if you purchase the jewelry elsewhere.

She does a great job making sure a custom piece flows well by incorporating your ideas and taking anatomy into consideration. If you are looking for a walk in, you can usually get lucky with one at this shop, but remember that scheduling ahead is usually better for bigger pieces.
