The employee at the front desk was playing video games on large monitors the entire time. He was friendly, but it didn't create a very welcoming or professional environment for a piercing/tattoo studio. The piercing process itself also left me with concerns. The workspace seemed somewhat disorganized, communication was minimal, and I wasn't given any explanation of the aftercare process once my piercing was finished. Instead, we had to keep asking questions to get basic information about how to care for it. Today, I ended up visiting a different piercing shop because I couldn't remove the jewelry that had been put in. The piercer there questioned why front screw flat-back threaded studs had been used for my upper lobe piercings and was surprised to hear that I hadn't been given proper aftercare instructions. Overall, I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering getting pierced. There are many studios that place a stronger emphasis on professionalism, communication, and educating clients about proper aftercare, and I think that's an important part of the experience.

While one was getting tatted the other had to watch through the window outside. The artists and other customers were awesome while I was being totally wimpy.
