The guys up front are friendly when you walk in, and never made me feel out of place (I don't look like a typical tattoo patron). It's clean, decorated fun, and best of all it has Jared. He also is a very fast tattooer who is attentive to the client (checking in to make sure you're ok). Jared generally sticks to American traditional, but I love that he makes my tattoos more feminine with bright colors and flowers. Let him have artistic freedom. You won't be disappointed. Gotten a few tattoos from this place. First was during a Friday the 13th thing. Walked in, Chris, I think it was, saw my batman sweatshirt and asked if I wanted a batman tattoo. He made a design right there instead of making me choose from the preset designs. Hell yeah! Second time I went back to get my son's name on my arm, got it done by Lukasz. Great line work, made it look awesome in less than an hour. Third and not final was by George. So glad this guy joined the crew at Absolute. He has no problem leaving his comfort zone. Did a half sleeve watercolor style with hummingbirds and trumpet flowers. Dude hand painted the shit first on a canvas! Couldn't believe my eyes! Got my tattoo done here in May, I walked in and asked about the design I wanted. I was greeted immediately as I walked in by the artists even as they were working on someone. The guy at the front desk asked what design I wanted and I showed him. He asked one of the artists and they told me they could get me in within a week! Amazing! I put a 60$ deposit and went home. Then came the tattoo day, my artist, Nicolo, showed me two designs that he made based off what I wanted. They were both amazing and I chose one. Took about 2-3 hours. However, Nico talked to me the entire team so the process was almost painless. The tattoo came out amazing and even after 3 months it healed perfectly. I get compliments on my tattoo many times. We contacted Jared on ig before our annual Reno trip last year because my 16-year-old son was ready for his first tattoo. Not only was Jared respectful and accommodating, but he is also an absolutely amazing (see what I did there, haha!) tattoo artist. I had sent him a photo of my husband's tattoo, letting him know that is what my son wants. When we showed up to our appointment, he already had it all drawn out and ready to go. Upon inspection of my husband's tat in person, he noticed a few details and updated the drawing. He is very professional, and we are all booked for our sessions this summer. The man we saw (I believe his name was Daniel) was able to take both of us as walk ins and was super friendly the whole time. He helped us both decide how our tattoos would look best and made us feel totally welcome. This shop doesn't have the stand offish vibe that others have and that's why we like it so much!
