My well pump stopped working today, it would trip the circuit breaker after running for a few…read moreseconds. A few neighbors recommended Sweeney so I called them just before lunch. They were able to come out same day and by about 4pm they troubleshot the system, removed 7' of built up sulfur debris from the bottom of my well casing, Installed a new pump, wiring and check valve. They had the replacement parts in stock on the truck so they didn't have to go drive around looking for them. Pretty amazing, and they were happy to show me many small details they watch to make sure the installation is built to last. Crew lead Mike was awesome. I haven't gotten the bill yet, but the service was topnotch.

They installed an outlet that was not what I wanted even after I was clear with me request. The owner lied to my husband and said that is the outlet I wanted. They also ripped a piece of my flooring and denied doing it. I asked for a discount because of the wrong outlet and The ripped floor and it was like pulling teeth. Asked for a $200 discount, but the owner only offered a $100 discount. Then he got aggressive and said "if you don't give me my money I will never be back to your house".

We texted him photos and videos. He was super professional and very helpful contacting us via text over a number of days. We ended up solving the problem without the repair. Lake Country did not require us to take the part. I also offered to pay a trip charge since they were so helpful. They said it wasn't necessary. Lake Country is the antithesis of every bad joke and negative comment about appliance repair companies. They are kind, prompt, concerned about the cost to the consumer and consummately professional. Dave came out right away and gave me some options in getting my very old well serviced and running properly.He stated that he could try and locate my well and try to repair it if possible or drill a new one.Since my well was very old and there were no records of it to be found we decided to drill a new well.
