I thought there was no way I would get anyone out on a holiday and freezing cold day. He made it out late In the afternoon and called me and told me me that he was not going to charge me because he thought maybe they could have caught the issue at our yearly check. He was so incredibly professional, and above and beyond helpful and kind. I went from starting the day feeling like we might have big issues on worst possible day, to having the most pleasant call confirming it was fixed at no charge and they appreciate our ongoing business. We just purchased a Generac generator from Generator Supercenter of Lake Country. The process…read morebegan on Thursday when I called them to see if they serviced the Kenosha area. Heather, the receptionist, was very welcoming and helpful. I was happy to learn they would service our area! On Friday, we met with Keith Berg, the Sales Consultant, who took the time to explain everything we needed to know about a generator and installing it at our home. He assured us that Generac is a quality product and made in Wisconsin! Their pricing is very fair and they bent over backwards to make sure we met the deadline for a rebate offer for a 7 year warranty. The next Tuesday, Keith came to our home in Kenosha to take measurements for the installation. He arrived on time and was very considerate about taking his shoes off while in our home. He carefully explained everything about the installation. He had nothing but praise for the installation team that would be installing our Generac. He works closely with the Owner, Mark Allen, who made sure we were happy with our decision to purchase and install a generator. We have had our electricity go out 4 times in the last month. We are looking forward to having the peace of mind knowing that we will still have power to run our lights and appliances.
