Called Absolute Pro in an emergency situation and they were extremely responsive and solution oriented..

Jason, Ameer and crew are class acts; professional, friendly and they know their stuff. They came by as scheduled, diagnosed my shower leak and pinpointed the likely issue. Since the fix wouldn't involve any plumbing work, they kindly suggested someone that could take on the job and do it well. Appreciate the help and follow up, APP team. I'll be sure to give you guys another ping for any future plumbing needs that come up. read more

My water heater stopped working two days ago and after trying the DIY videos on the internet, I reached out to Absolute Pro Plumbing. They are based in Union City where I live, so I sought to support this local business. They exceeded expectations when I called and they said a technician is close by and can provide a free assessment. Amir showed up in less than estimated time! He resolved the issue promptly. Beyond this excellent service, Amir shared some recommendations for replacing our original furnace and water heater. I appreciate his honest professional opinion and won't hesitate to highly recommend this business! Already have their number saved for our future needs. read more

I worked with Ameer second time for different issues - his experience, professionalism and promptness was outstanding. Our house is in Fremont and it is a rental property. They were very sensitive to our tenants schedule etc. Good work Ameer & team! read more

Ameer was awesome and professional. He was able to fix the issue, was honest and fair about the pricing. I'd highly recommend him and definitely will call him again! read more

I have not used them but I requested a quote after my sink area experienced water damage. They responded really quickly for the estimate request but took awhile after I informed them that there might be mold (can't blame them since they are just plumbers). However "Brian" did follow up and recommended next steps, which is more the what "Jake" from "State Farm" did (claim denied). 5 stars for the following up even though I didn't use them and quote was reasonable. So if you have water damage due to pipe burst/leak, you will need a plumber to determine cause and length of damage to file a claim. The plumbing report can determine if your claim will be valid (learn this the hard way), you need a plumber that is honest (which I believe they are, since they followed up even though they did not get the job). read more

I've used APP a few times. Prices have always been fair, friendly and great response time. Kept me posted every step of the way. Would absolutely recommend to a friend. read more

Watched out for the guy: my brother called absolute pro plumbing and they connected us to Tony (co-Owner) for this plumbing problem at my elderly parent house as there was backup in our lateral sewer line. Originally asked for camera work as i was concerned there was a collapsed pipe, Tony suggested not to camera the line but instead asked us to pay $400 and he said he would clear the blockage. I had originally said i snaked the line, he ensured that his snake was much better. He arrived late at night 720 pm he tried to snake it with his snake and within 40 min in he stated he could not clear it. According to him we owed him $400 for the snaking although unsuccessful. He then said he wanted to camera the line, which was the original service i asked for because i thought i may have a collapsed pipe. He charged us an additional $250 to camera the line, He neither provided a video nor did he mark on the pavement where the blockage was nor did he show on video if it was collapsed. He should my brother his screen and some discoloratoon. We paid the $650 he was there from 720 to 9 pm ish. He concluded that i had a collapsed sewer lateral and that it would cost $8k to 10k to repair this issue since it was under driveway. The next day i found Different plumber who came in and said he needed to check the pipe out first and wanted to verify collapsed pipe, he removed my toilet since it was the downstream end of pipe, he needed better and safe access so he needed to go thru the vent pipe, he snaked the entire line and cleared the blockage. This other plumber was a 2 man crew and spent 2 hours at my house on a saturday, cleared the line repaired the cut vent pipe and reinstalled the toilet. Total cost $575 and they also replaced a fixture. He said there was no way was a collapsed pipe. We ran all the water for 15 min straight and flushed all the toilets after the cleared blockage In conclusion i paid $650 to Tony and he did not clear the line and misdiagnosed the issue of a collapsed line and said i needed really additional 8k to 10k to do the repair and clear the blockage. I paid another plumber on sat $575 he cleared the blockage and proved there was no collapsed line. There may have been some tree roots but nothing needing to dig up the driveway right away. I then called tony to ask for refund, he stated aggressively that his time was $350/hr, which i thought is insane (who makes $350/hr) which he never mentioned in the beginning or to me and that he provides a service and there are no refunds. In other words although his service was a failure and his diagnoses is wrong you wont get a refund. He wanted me to spend 8k to 10k to dig up 10ft of my driveway. Tree roots does not equate to a collapsed pipe. I may have thought that intially but an expert to figure out and diagnose it correctly. Im glad i found someone else who knew what they were doing. Too bad i called and threw $650 away. Im glad i didnt throw another 8k away. read more

Brian sent out Ameer to my house to see about a leak I have under my sink. He stopped by and took a quick look and said the leak is coming from our backslash not being sealed correctly. After he left my son noticed that there was a leak from the garbage disposal. I called right back told him what the problem was and he said he can install a new one for $350.00. I paid and he came the next day to install it. The next day there was still a leak. I called Brian and he said Ameer would come by to check it out. Well, he no showed twice on me. I finally said enough and told him i will go else wear. I had someone else come out and it turned out that he had installed the new disposal to the old bracket and sink fixrure. This shows in the picture. I texted Brian right away to let him know and he said Ameer will be notifird right away. I texted back asking for someone new and nevrr got a response. Now im stuck with a leaking didposal and Short $350. read more

I've used these guys a couple times, and although we encountered some scheduling roadblocks at the outset, they made up for it by doing honest, good quality work at a very reasonable price. Most recently, I hired them to replace the innards on the 3 toilets in my house. The toilets themselves are a bit odd; all of the stuff in the tank is a single, connected piece, and after about 13 years of use, the components in that piece had worn down and were causing leaks and weird noises. By the time Absolute Pro Plumbing arrived, I'd already received quotes from 3 other plumbers, all of whom insisted that the only way to fix my issue was to completely replace every toilet (over $1,000 worth of work). However, Ameer from Absolute Pro Plumbing took one look at the first toilet and pointed me to a $45 part on Amazon that would fix my issue. He quoted me a reasonable price to install the part once it arrived, and now my toilets are running more smoothly than ever. read more

I can highly recommend Absolute Pro Plumbing, Inc to serve all your plumbing needs with great care. Absolute Pro Plumbing to the rescue! Ameer was incredibly responsive, professional and patient with our many questions. He quickly eased our worries and started getting down to business. He was able to diagnose the issue (a majorly backed up sewer line) and remedied quickly. He also provided great guidance on how to prevent major repairs in the future. On top of that, Ameer is a genuinely nice, funny and hard working guy! You can't beat that. We've now found our go-to Bay Area plumber! read more

Ameer is the best! He's helped us out a couple times over the last few years, including replacing our water heater and unclogging a stubborn toilet. Plumbing situations are always stressful, and every time I've reached out to him, Ameer has been super responsive, kind, and has found a way to fit us into his busy schedule very quickly. He kept me updated by text to let me know when he was on his way, and each time we've worked with him, he has been incredibly efficient and thorough. Highly, highly recommend. read more

Absolute Pro responded quickly to my request for an estimate and came right out to take a look at my issue. I had a leak from the ceiling and the technician located that it was a loose fixture on my upstairs bathtub that causing the leak. He charged $100 to caulk it and gave a recommendation for mold removal. However, those weren't the only problem. There was also a corroded pipe. The technician that came out should have caught that but didn't, so I was out $100 and had to start from square one again. They weren't as thorough as they should have been. read more

I needed help with a clogged toilet, and this company was very professional - they responded quickly over Yelp chat, provided an upfront estimate about the cost and how it would increase depending on the problem, and a tentative time of arrival. They showed up dot on time, had shoe covers on to keep the inside clean, and fixed the problem quickly with no additional asks from us. I was also charged exactly what I was quoted, not a cent more or less. Highly recommended! read more

Ameer and his team helped us put in a new gas line and water pipes for a washer and dryer unit in our garage. We highly recommend Ameer and his team and will definitely work with him again. First, Ameer came onsite to give us a quote. He gave recommendations that had our best interest in mind. His prices were very competitive and he helped me understand and answered all my questions up until we decided to move forward with his team. Overall a very great experience. For the work itself, everything was done on time and there were no issues. He even followed up and came back to fix a few things unrelated to the initial work for free; we really appreciated this. We loved working with Ameer and can't recommend him enough. You definitely won't go wrong working with him and his team. read more

I Wish there was a NO Star!! Ameer is very Unprofessional, Uneducated, he had to have stolen the plumbing License, because he has no clue of what he is doing!! (Being a prior customer of AbsolutePro Plumbing for 6yrs (Jason) was the owner who was professional, respectful and honest when it came to getting your plumbing jobs completed, toldly the opposite with this person Ameer, who provided a quote, NO SHOWED for the appointment-sent a text message he forgot the appt. due to his kids, NO SHOWED the 2nd appt. NEVER called back. NEVER RESPONDED to any of the customers calls or texts. THIS IS A COMPANY YOU DON'T WANT TO DO YOUR PLUMBING JOBS!! Why Jason sold his company to this irresponsible person is beyond reason! RUN-RUN--- DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH AMEER - YOU CAN'T TRUST HIM!! read more

Thank you, Absolute Plumbing! Excellent experience with this exceptional company. From start to finish it was positive - from scheduling / estimated arrival update with Brian in the main office to the technician appointment with our plumber Ameer. Ameer is awesome! He helped troubleshoot a water heater issue with an older unit. Instead of assuming it needed to be replaced he tried to diagnose the electrical connection first. Very thoughtful, honest, and conscientious. Appreciate such a great company to call with plumbing issues. read more

Ameer was very quick and answered my Yelp query in minutes. Other plumbers wanted to come out and give an estimate. He was able to use the photos I uploaded. I do not recommend Absolute Pro Plumbing because Brian did not answer my numerous calls and text messages regarding the San Jose City permit required for the installation of my gas water heater. The permit was a requirement from the beginning. I would not have had work done without a permit. He had told me the permit was ordered with inspection May 12 at 9AM. The inspector did not show up on May 12. By calling the City of San Jose I learned the inspection was never scheduled because the permit was NOT paid for. The permit was cancelled. Brian ignored my calls. A friend called Absolute and the call was answered immediately while my calls soon after same day were not answered. In one of my messages I asked for the name of the manager so that I could get this resolved. There was no response. Text messages and phone calls were ignored for weeks. I subsequently ordered the permit and the inspection was May 31, 2023. There was a problem with the installation that I fortunately could correct . The earthquake straps had been left too loose. I used pliers to tighten the straps. With tightened straps the gas water heater installation was approved. The city inspector said I should NOT have paid in full for the job until it passed inspection. The gas water heater was installed JANUARY 5, 2023. This has taken nearly six months to complete. read more
