I chatted with the brewer, Bruno, about what a fan of IPAs I was and he offers me to try some samples. I ordered the West Coast IPA and went outside to enjoy it. It turns out the beer that I ordered turned out to be the 2nd to last beer from that keg. While I was happily enjoying my beer outside, the server came over and said the Brewer wanted to make sure I fully appreciated the quality of the beer, I was given a replacement glass. I was stunned. The second glass certainly was a bit crisper than the first, but that is not my point. I was very impressed by that gesture and thought what attention to detail and customer satisfaction from a brewmaster. I would recommend this place unreservedly for craft beer drinkers.
