Outstanding service from Absolute Motor Works! I've been extremely impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and quality of service. They are very knowledgeable when it comes to BMWs, and their pricing is always competitive and fair. A special thank you to Amber and Amy. They are great to work with and are always available to answer questions, explain the work being done, and make sure you're taken care of. It's hard to find a shop you can trust, and Absolute Motor Works has earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, dependable, and fairly priced BMW service. read more

Always top notch work. Great communication on your BMW repair. Your bimmer is important to you and Absolutle knows that and they don't disappoint. You can trust that they will do quality work. E36 M3. read more

If you have a BMW or Mini, just go to these guys! Amber was incredibly communicative and clearly passionate about BMWs with the knowledge to back it up as service advisor, took care of a huge repair on my Mini Cooper S for much less than any other shop would quote me, and did it quickly. These cars are complex and aren't always built to last from the factory, and sometimes repairs require better aftermarket parts to ensure longevity, and the team understood that when other shops tried to force me down the more expensive OEM route. Thanks again! read more

ABW continues to impress. I have an E91 (2010 328i Touring) with a hopped up 335i engine transplant, upgraded suspension, aftermarket cat & muffler, etc. etc. purchased from a Chicago-based BAT seller. The car runs like Jack the Bear (thanks ABW!) and yet the non-BMW cat and muffler causes the beast's self-diagnosis to throw an error code and display the check engine light. ABW's factory OBD scanner doesn't want to clear the code (unless I go back to a stock cat). I brought over my aftermarket OBDII scanner to ABW, and they showed me how to use it to clear the code and get rid of the check engine light, no charge. ABW rocks! read more

I've had my BMW serviced here for a number of years and I'm never disappointed. Their technical knowledge exceeds what I have seen at the local dealership, and Absolute charges competitive prices as well. I give Absolute Motor Works my highest recommendation. read more

I've used Absolute Motor works for years, and I have never been disappointed. Their BMW technical knowledge is superior to the dealer which I purchased my car from based upon personal experience. So by using Absolute for your BMW servicing/repair needs, you will come out ahead in regard to any cost/benefit analysis. read more

Dan, Amber and the team at AMW are the reason I was able to complete my 9,000 mile road trip from San Francisco to New York City (and back) this fall. I spoke with Dan over the phone while stranded in Southern Utah with a busted timing case. They miraculously had a spare parts motor lying around for my classic E30, and overnighted some other parts in hurry to get my car ready by Friday night. Extremely reasonable pricing but more importantly, great folks that you cannot pit a price on. Forever grateful guys - thank you for making my Hot Lap around America during COVID happen. read more

What a wonderful experience!!! Everyone was so friendly! As a woman, it can be intimidating to go to a car shop. But I felt very well taken care of. And the coffee was amazing :) read more

My BMW Z3, 6 C, with 54,000 miles had never been serviced, Oil changes yes. Amber took it from that, changed all fluids, changed plugs and added special software upgraded for the 1997 Z3. This car was fast to start with, but now I have 5 to 10% more power. I left rubber on a turn from 1st to 2nd gear, never had this much power. Amber knows her cars, very friendly and I recommend for all BMW owners. read more

Best BMW repair and maintenance shop in CO. Honest, knowledgeable and competitive pricing. I will never return to the local BMW dealer again. read more

I have had the good fortune to drive high performance German automobiles over the last 40+ years. I have had services performed by dealerships, both in and outside warranty periods, and private garages. Since purchased, I have had my 2013 550xi serviced, initially by both Denver BMW dealership and then, exclusively by Dan and couldn't be happier with his and his staffs' services and prices. Most importantly, his interest in making sure I am totally satisfied every time I pick up my car is impressive. Lip service at dealerships, frankly, but earnest interest at Absolute. I could not more heartily recommend Absolute. read more

Car shop specializing in BMW's. Greatest repair shop I've been to. I've owned different types of cars including a Honda, Ford and Acura but I love my bimmer. Knowing about this hidden gem of a car shop I'll be able to keep my car for years and years. You drive up to the place and it's somewhat obscure. You know when your at the right place because they usually have several BMW's parked on the street. You go inside and walk right into the repair shop. Then to the left is the waiting area/office. It's not much of a waiting area and is far from lavish. It's strictly a repair shop. There's a lady usually in the office that is VERY helpful. I forgot her name but she knows her stuff about cars! and being a female myself makes me feel comfortable talking to her. She's very good about calling you before any work is started to give costs and answer any questions. I never feel rushed when I call this place. I was worried when I first bought my car that it would be costly to maintain especially buying a used car. However, the prices at this place seem to be pretty reasonable. They don't try and sell you stuff you don't need. Everyone is very honest! Recently had my front brake pads and rotors replaced and the cost under $500 total. *Hours are 7:30 am to 6:00 pm Monday - Friday --closed weekends *Appointment recommended *can drop car off overnight and there's a key drop *Usually takes a full day or 2 days to get car back *They'll drop off /pick up at the nearby light rail station read more

Absolute is a great shop. When I first took my car there in 1998, I was still convinced that all mechanics were rip offs. I was especially worried because I was 18, didn't know anything about cars and had just bought a BMW with no pre-buy inspection. Was I relieved after dealing with Dan. He explained everything that was going on with the car and the importance of each item. I was finally informed about my car rather than pressured. Note: Absolute is conveniently located near the light rail station at Evans/Santa Fe. read more

Friendly almost to a fault, this business is everything you want out of a specialty repair shop. Having gone to the manufacturer's dealership for years with unsatisfactory results for decades, I would not and will go anywhere else. The cheerful, knowledgeable staff gets to know you and you'll actually look forward dealing with them. Good for you, Absolute, you're putting your competition to shame. read more

I have used Absolute for BMW repairs since moving to Colorado in 2009. Dan, Amber and the entire team are wonderful! I bought my used 2013 X3 and immediately took it to them to verify that no immediate repairs were needed. They found a minor issue that they fixed for a reasonable price. As they notice things I need to be aware of down the road, they tell me and give me a general estimate so I can plan my repairs (I love this!). I will only take my baby to them because I know they will treat it like their own. True enthusiasts who know their beemers, have fair pricing, are and treat everyone with the same friendly manner. No one better to treat your BMW right. read more

Absolute Motor Works was a referral from a trusted person, and oh what a fantastic referral it has been. We have owned several BMW's over the years and know how hard it is to find a knowledgeable, experienced, trustworthy and honest repair shop, and boy Absolute checks all of these boxes! They have an encyclopedic knowledge of BMW's, the techs are all factory trained & certified plus stay current on their training, offer fair pricing and don't suggest repairs that your BMW doesn't need. They are truly interested in caring for your BMW so that it will last for years and years of enjoyment, without breaking the bank. There is no attitude here and they treat their clients like family. In my opinion, Absolute Motor Works is the best independent dedicated BMW service shop in the state, and the best we've ever found in all of the years we have owned and loved BMW's. We keep our BMW's for the long haul and having been referred to AMW back in 2010 makes this possible. If you have a BMW out of warranty, stay clear of the dealer and shops that say they work on BMW. Absolute Motor Works is the gold standard and will never disappoint. As a bonus, they are just the nicest people you can ever meet. read more

They do BMWs, and they do them well. By that I mean they have been good to me and my high-mileage car. They tell me what is wrong, kind of wrong, and what actually needs to be fixed. And how much it will cost before they start. Also it's close to my house. You should bring your BMW here after whatever prepaid service option you got from the dealer expires. read more

I bought a used 2006 BMW 325xiT in April of this year, and unfortunately, have had a number of issues come up with the car. That said, my experience with fixing my car has never been so pleasant and I am fortunate to have Absolute Motor Works as my mechanic for my BMW. The first thing I noticed about this shop is their customer service -- they treat you like family -- from the interaction on the phone, to their complimentary shuttle service to the train stations, this doesn't feel like a typical mechanic shop. So far, AMW has replaced my front brakes and calipers, control arm bushings (which completely fixed the shaking in the car), and worked seamlessly with my 3rd party warranty company to get my water pump replaced and fix a window regulator at minimal cost to me (just had to pay the deductible). Right now, my car runs 10x better than it did when I first bought it and I feel like it is in good hands to last me another 100k miles. They are upfront and will prioritize your issues so you can make thoughtful decisions about the maintenance of your BMW. read more

My girlfriend and I were referred to Absolute by Toni (who has written a review as well). Toni and her Dad met Keri and I while we were at Murray Motors being upsold on a laundry list of repairs, and she recommended we give Amber a call at Absolute. What a great coincidence! Took Keri's '97 Z3 to Absolute and got "while you wait" service on an intake hose replacement, and saved hundreds. And Pete helped diagnose and prioritize the "top of the list" items that should be attended to. These guys are smart, honest and helpful - would highly recommend them! read more

Absolute Motor Works is my go to service center for my BMW 325i. Very nice and accommodating staff and puppy. Appointments are easy to make for timely service. Prices seem very fair which is refreshing. read more

Amber and Dan are simply fantastic. I've learned so much about my car from Dan, who always takes the time to answer my questions, explain what's up, and why he's doing what he's doing. I always get a very accurate estimate, they always check everything else, and let me know what's going on, what's necessary, what can wait. They're friendly, know BMWs as well as anyone, and are as honest as anyone can be. If something's expensive, they truly help you work through alternatives. I have absolute confidence in them and their work, and they've done a fair amount of work on my old beauty over the years. I wouldn't take my '89 325 anywhere else. read more

I needed my car worked on in a short time. They fit me in and fixed my car in less than a day. I could not ask for nicer service nor better explanations. This place won my business. read more

I took my "baby" 2007 Z4 here for brakes and a few other little items that I wanted checked. The brakes were needed, but the other items can wait for the next inspection interval. I was really happy with the service and the quality of work done. I'm committed to being a customer for life for this service center. Great work, great price and everything was done on time and on budget. Would recommend them to any BMW owner in the Front Range of Colorado. read more

I guess the best rec I can give Absolute is that I have been taking my BMWs to Dan, the owner, for over 30 years. In that time I have never been tempted or had cause to go anywhere else. This is a great shop run by a great guy. They are smart, fair, and, best of all, honest. If you are looking for a shop to work on your Bimmer I give Absolute my highest recommendation. read more

Great company, great to work with. My transfer case on my 2011 X5 failed. As its warranty had just expired, Murray BMW wanted to charge me almost 6k to replace. I was able to find a replacement transfer case online for $2200 and the folks at absolute told me to have it shipped to them and they promptly installed the new case for slightly less than a grand, saving me almost $3k! They have also done work on other BMWs over the years for our family. Always nice, always fair price. I highly recommend. read more

Great place to service your newer or older BMW at a descent price. They have coded my 09 335i for bluetooth and have serviced my 04 X3 and 04 330i with SMG with no issues. Dan and his crew are very experienced (they only works on BMWs), they use state of the art coding and diagnostic tools and stand behind their work. Highly recommended! read more

I can't say enough good things about Absolute. We first used them in 2007 to service our 1995 BMW (just an oil change) and they have always been wonderful. Thanks in part to Absolute our 1995 is still going strong and remains a truly awesome vehicle. Absolute is very competent, easy to work with and their prices are fair. Recently our Volvo was totaled in a freak accident and we replaced it with a second BMW (used). A major reason for choosing another BMW was that we could have the new car serviced at Absolute. Finding a mechanic is always a challenge so we are just delighted to have found Absolute. read more

Great service, fair prices, and they even offered to meet me after hours to pick up my car. So glad I gave these guys a try.
