The ratio is 4:1, but on weekdays there are fewer kids so there is more one on one time. Each class is organized by age, so your child is always with kids their own age. They've recently started terms with six different levels within each age group, however I'm not sure how that will work as our little one is quite advanced compared to some of the other kids in the class. I think this is very unnecessary as the kids were having fun.
