Kevin Goldberg the owner is unethical and immoral human being. Dan and his partner were the installers and I had black mold and fungus growing inside at the corner of my brand new patio door because they left gaping holes on both corners and Kevin said Dan and his partner back out for probably the 10th or 15th time to fix things and all they did is tried to put new trim up around the patio door and all the other windows that were messed up but they never pulled the old trim off and cleaned up the wood and mold and stuff from the holes they left in it which was negligently done because they stopped working on it at the end of November beginning of December so it went through the whole entire winter and through the wet spring! Filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and somehow Kevin and his company lied their way through to get them to say that my claim was invalid LOL they talk about family and taking care of the customer and all I know is I want to divorce and I want a refund of my almost $12,000 that I put into this and they didn't feel because it was a mobile home that it was worthy of a quality installation but I sure as hell have a lot of gobbed on caulking that still looks like shit! If it was a toilet they would be spot on because it looks like shit! My patio door isn't even put in square or flush and it's rusting around the frame because they scratched the coating because they didn't know what they were doing

I reported this issue , in a timely manner i received an email. It's going to take over a month for a service technician will come to check out the issue. I find this interesting since when I purchased the door the sales person was touting how good Pella products were and the prompt service after the sale Pella is vs the other well known vendor I was considering. I'm very disappointed in the timeliness of service when you need it. I do like the door other than it leaking cold air.
