I hired RMK in March 2019 to do some exterior painting. The original start date was April 6. They have not returned the money I paid, but did say they were "working hard" to get me my money. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, offered commentary on social media where the business is reviewed and am now preparing a small claims action. My advice is to find a another contractor.

They installed the window but it wasn't done properly and "needed a part" this was in Feb 2020 it is now mid May and they will not return my messages. Not only did they not install the window properly they did not complete it, it is not sealed nor is it wrapped on the outside not to mention won't open properly due to this "missing part" to a brand new window. They also were paid to fix a storm door and the way they fixed it was literally putting 1 inch hinges on the outside of the door with 1 inch screws which lasted a week. They did respond about the door saying they "fixed" it once and would not fix it again. Would NOT recommend this company they took forever and did not complete their shoddy work.
