I was able to purchase two outdoor light fixtures for $10.00 less than at a major chain hardware store. They also offer a really nice selection of kitchen and bathroom cabinets at a reasonable price and had some beautiful glass shower door options. Yet, it is a buy it when you first see it type of place because it more than likely will not be there if you leave & come back.

I reported this issue , in a timely manner i received an email. It's going to take over a month for a service technician will come to check out the issue. I find this interesting since when I purchased the door the sales person was touting how good Pella products were and the prompt service after the sale Pella is vs the other well known vendor I was considering. I'm very disappointed in the timeliness of service when you need it. I do like the door other than it leaking cold air.

YELP would not allow me to update or modify my review so this is the best I can do. To be fair, this happened nearly 20 years ago so if they questioned their employees, I believe that no one there could verify what happened to me so I can believe they they suspected that I made it up. YELP did not exist then and I was talking about my experience with an old friend and she asked me if I had given them a candid review and I said honestly that it had not occurred to me. So I decided to do it. 20 years later it left a bad taste in my mouth and to this day I am still horrified about how absolutely uncaring they were about what I considered something they they should have been the ones who were horrified by it. 100% of everything I said in my review is the Gods honest truth. I will also acknowledge that perhaps they are better now. I wouldn't know because I have had no dealings with them and please be assured, I never will.
