Ashley resided the home for us and did a tremendous job. They came in on budget and within the time frame we wanted, but I will say the quality was top rate. The mitered corners, trim and tin work is what separated them from other local siding contractors we've used. We just used them again for a roofing job on another flip house. In one day they had the old roof stripped, the new roof laid and the property was cleaned up and spotless. We will continue to use Ashley for all of our flip homes. They have always delivered for us.

They helped us decide what was the best option for us and completed the job very quickly. They even came out to fix one spot that we didn't like with out hesitation or question. The only thing we thought was odd was when they came to the house to get the payment. We thought we would mail it but she wanted it right then. Not a huge deal for us but we've never done that before. We are very happy with the end product. It is a beautiful stamped concrete patio and sidewalk.

Had a referral to use Mike and his company for a roof replacement several years ago. Showed up and…read morepromised the job would be done right and in a timely manner. It took his crew TWO MONTHS to install a small home steel roof. During that time we had several leaks and the crew leader shook it off saying "I have insurance" as if to say "not my problem we cannot keep a schedule or install roofing correctly". Called Mike several times to get this corrected and the crew showed up at my house upset because I called their boss! Mike had also promised some "gift cards" to make up for the inconvenience (never saw them, was happier to see the crew finally leave). And lastly, we are still having issues with our porch roof leaking and they never bothered to even email, phone concerning the issue. My advice from our experience is to steer clear of this contractor at all costs!

So make sure you call someone who will take care of something that they did or did not do.

They were responsive, professional, friendly, and saved me a lot of money, time, and effort. On top of that, they're dedicated to doing things right and making customers happy. Each of the guys I met - three in total - seemed to like where they worked, like their coworkers, and enjoy their job. That tells you a lot about a business. If they treat their people well, they'll treat their customers well too. They certainly did so for me. Heck, they even cleaned up after themselves. If you've ever hired a contractor, you know this isn't the norm. These guys are top shelf. If you need any garage door repair or installation, I would not hesitate to call them. I know I will.

A lack of pride in workmanship as evidenced by consistently shoddy cleanup. When Dan came to do our free estimate, we quickly noticed he was thee most focused and thorough contractor that came to our house. He went inside, outside, looked in closets, the basement and anywhere else he could to try to figure out how he was going to tie the plumbing lines up to the third floor in the least invasive way possible. Then he quickly drew up in his head the best layout for the bathroom leaving enough space for a walk in closet on the other side. Then he gave us the most thorough estimate that very night, not to mention lower than any other contractor came in at. Throughout the whole job they were very dependable, respectful, trustworthy and hard working. The job finished with a few minor changes we decided together to make the job look high end without going over budget. Dan tried to save us money the entire time, even offering me to paint the room if I wanted to. We wouldn't choose anyone else for any job in our house and we are so happy we found them for the long run n here in Cinci! A+, 5 stars, the best. Thanks Dan & everyone else!

I contacted Angel Diaz 6/4/25 to discuss, and he indicated he would come out and take a look that evening. He did not, nor did he come out 6/5. He then texted me 6/6 asking when was a good time to come out only to no-show no call that as well. He then failed to respond to multiple texts. Called him again 6/11 and he said he'd be out that evening only to no-show/no-call once again. Called him again 6/12. Angel made a point of reminding me he had not provided a contract or itemized invoice for his services (which he offered a discount for, so he could later claim he had no obligation), then provided a litany of excuses why he hadn't fulfilled his promises to inspect the issue. Instead of paying Mr. Diaz for his services flush your money down the toilet, find a new company, and save yourself the trouble.
