These are hard-working guys they took down four pine trees and a relatively big maple tree in about 3 1/2 hours. That also includes cleanup, which I feel like each time they've been to my house they've gone above and beyond for cleanup, which is really nice. Anytime I've ever called grasshopper they've answered their phone and been to my house to give me a quote within two days. I had multiple companies come out here and some of the quotes were outrageous. I think Phil does very fair business and if you're looking for a tree service company, I would highly recommend having grasshopper give you a quote.

Due to recent threats of legal action over my original opinion, I have been documenting communications and recording calls. I'm comfortable standing by the factual details of what occurred.
