Absolute Events did a great job of finding our venue and organizing our event. Truly a 5 star company.

When I asked basic questions about party supplies, I was offered no assistance or guidance whatsoever. On top of that, the pricing felt excessive for the level of service provided. Customer service should feel welcoming and respectful, and unfortunately, that was not the case here. Because of this experience, I will not be returning or recommending this store. If you're looking for good-quality products, fair pricing, and genuinely kind, polite, and professional service, I highly recommend Balloon Saloon instead. From the moment you walk in, you're treated with respect and care. It's absolutely worth spending your money at a place where customers are welcomed and valued.

Just took one star off Indian workers need to communicate with customers when they make balloon decorations. Ribbon colors and design. To be honest, when a security guard helped my balloon he asked me what color I like as well as he gave us advices!! I recommend this store esp, when you need a party planner! They have everything. Cards, maybe go somewhere else to prepare. I'd go to barns and noble in Union Sq. If you go late, E 2nd st and Ave B Diane Reade.

A tip - work on the attitude, you should not be screaming at your customers especially if these are paying. You yelled at a person in front of me and then me. You yelled at me for not knowing where the basket goes and then for a bag you even forgot to charge. I bought over $35 in items and I told her I would need a bag which I was ok paying for it. She forgot to add the bag - I guess because she was talking to her employee. Unfortunately, I had no cash and she said she was not going to charge my credit card as the minimum was $10 and her ripped plastic bag was 50 cents. Not even 5 cents - it was 50. While she put all my 13 items in the bag she kept yelling at me. I'm sure she did not become poor for not charging me for the bag. I like to support small businesses but I will definitely not support this place anymore. One more tip - respect is earned. You never know if someone is having a hard day. Clients are also earned. Don't drive your clients to other stores where they are respected and treated kindly.

Blame the pandemic. Lot Stop is not a 99 cent store and probably was not one to begin with. On the ground floor are cleaning supplies, eats, drinks, lingerie and socks. Lots of socks. Upstairs and the lower ground floor have home supplies for the kitchen and bath, stationary, foil pans, bed sheet sets, etc. no restroom here. Both escalators and elevators are here although the elevator often doesn't work properly. Family owned and nice employees.
