He understood exactly what we were looking for and fully executed. He was very flexible as we had to change dates due to covid without any extra charges. The package pricing is also unbeatable - for other photographers we looked into pricing for just wedding photos was the same or more compared to our package with NG Studio which included our engagement shoot, photo and video for the wedding (with Nour another photographer and two videographers + a drone), one full album, two smaller albums for our families, and 3 USB drives. For our engagement shoot, I was able to coordinate with Nour ahead of time to get both photos and video footage of me surprising my husband with his early wedding gift. We loved the engagement session since we were able to get to know Nour better and get more comfortable in front of the camera. He was so helpful by providing us with poses. For our actual wedding, I was nervous about being able to get all 80+ of my relatives in a group photo but Nour's team was able to get the shot! Nour is incredibly accommodating and so friendly. They gave us a link to our full gallery 4 weeks after our wedding. If you're also going with video, I'd recommend selecting or at least considering which ~10 songs you'd like for your video since my husband and I were slow about picking them. They were a pleasure to work with on the day of--organized, fun, unobtrusive, and put at ease. We're really picky about photos and video, and dislike most of the ones we see from other weddings, which often feel a bit overwrought and 'wedding'-y. BOM documented the wedding exactly to our tastes: down-to-earth, extremely well composed, and captured the day beautifully. They also did lovely posed Korean-style couple photos in addition, which was important to us. Adam, the videographer, put together a wonderful video that was also exactly what we were looking for (both a short trailer-style and a longer one, about an hour and a quarter). It similarly felt like a very natural and satisfying document of our wedding. He was also extremely patient and spent a long time working with us, accommodating our feedback to get the video exactly to our preferences. I doubt we could have found either photos or videos better from anywhere else, even booking them separately, and the package together from BOM was a great deal. Could not recommend more highly.

Also at the price of admissions every Guest should be offered a ballon upon leaving. As for the Staff- it seems as their only concern is to process your payment. It's also obvious they do not want you to preview the space before entering. They are also are quick to give mumbled directions, and are inattentive to guest and seem to have no experience or patience dealing with groups and young people. Finally, there is no direct way to contact/speak to anyone from the iMuseum as their phone number is inactive and there is no immediate response from their contact form or instagram messenger. Regardless of all of this, the only positive thing I can say about the iMuseum is that its rooms are really cool to take pictures, but I do wonder if they are regularly wiped downed and cleaned as it's a touch experience.

First of all, I have to mention the photographer (the lady) was very professional and sweet. She was so welcoming that it made me very comfortable to take my photos with her. We actually took a couple and she had me check which ones I liked the most. She was so patient, allowing me to take multiple shots until I was satisfied. She also had an option of enhancing the photo (which I quickly agreed). The volume of my hair was so dead the day of and she actually was able to fix up my hair by making it seem like it had more volume and my jawline slimmer.
