Not a happy customer. We recently had our driveway re-cemented due to sinking and cracks. The…read morepeople at VDC were very nice and friendly and came out in a timely manner for both the estimate and the job itself. We paid extra to have fiber in the cement to strengthen it and were looking forward to a nice new crack free driveway. Unfortunately, after an enormous amount of money and only 6 days later we have a crack in the driveway that we haven't even driven on yet. We also had to scrape splattered concrete off our vinyl siding and vinyl fence. Gary came out to look at it a couple days later and basically said that all cement cracks and there's nothing that can be done about it. I'm not a cement expert so I can't speak on that end of things but I am a Customer Service expert and I would not want my company name associated with shabby work. Basically, this review is just to make people aware that unless you have MAJOR cement damage you might as well save your money because according to Gary "it happens."
