The owner Sergei came out and noticed a bunch of installation mistakes and sent a different crew to "fix it" and, while the new crew did improve one issue, he did not fix everything. So CAUTION, if you get any type of plank flooring, expect it to sound like they have lined the floor with sand or plastic bags when you walk around, because according to Flooring America, that is NORMAL??? I'm so bummed we spent so much money on flooring and just as much on installation for an install that is sub par and no one at the company cares. It is like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond and we have been very patient. This has been ongoing for months. I really wanted to love my floors, but every step is a reminder of all the money we spent on crappy product and crappy installation...do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Terri Craycraft has digilently been helping me find the perfect solution for my fleet wash company. He has spent probably over 4 hours in total helping me trouble shoot issues that have nothing to do with products that he sold, and didn't try to "up sale me" on replacements or things I didn't need. Terry even took the time to help me crunch numbers on a large bid and suggested I look deeper into a piece of equipment I was planning on purchasing. He knew through his years of experience I may be wasting money and after some more research and a two hour Q&A conversation with the manufacturer, it turned out that he was correct. Terry saved me thousands of dollars and time! Their products are just as great as their customer service. I am a happy customer who will continue doing business and building a solid relationship with Hydro-Chem Systems. I suggest if you are looking for a two-step fleet washing solution, give them a call now.

I thought this was reasonable and provided a check in hopes to spark the company to begin moving on the process.
