Absolute did a great job with my garage and porch in late 2021. The floor looked great until it…read moredidn't. Product started separating from the concrete and rust colored stains began appearing (as if the product was contaminated or the floor wasn't properly prepared). Since late October, 2024, I have sent numerous requests for help. Voicemails, electronic text messages and recently even traditional mail. Not knowing my messages were being recieved, I sent the letters registered. The cards came back signed, but Absolute will not reach back to me. Apparently you will choose not to honor Absolute's lifetime warrantly. You self-described on LinkedIn as "Veteran | Highly Motivated | Team Player." As an active-duty army veteran of over 20 years, in my opinion your actions reflect the exact opposite. I don't like having to post this review. I do not like being critical of a fellow veteran. Unfortunately, you leave no choice. To all, in my opinion, I would be cautious dealing with this guy. Meanwhile, I'll find a more reputable company with integrity to repair the flaws that Absolute Concrete Coatings has stuck me with.

We hired this company Sept of last year. We did a nice garage addition for home office. We…read morewanted it to look good by finishing the garage floors. We went thru months of delays do to construction. The floors could not be done during that time. We paid $1000 down. After 5 months of construction delays winter was upon us. The garage started to flood due to the addition above of garage and it was bad. At this point it did not make sense to do a garage floor that was going to get destroyed with water damage. I kindly asked over 3 week period for our deposit back. This company did zero work on our behalf!! It was just to hold a spot down. There has been zero response. We have made 6 attempts with zero communication. I have hired at least 500 independent contractors and this is tell tell sign they are not going to pay a dime back. We now are in the process of hiring my business attorney, city attorney of EGR, and Better Business Bureau legally going after them. It will cost me 5 times more than what I will get back. Do you want to deal with a company like this? I have made it a point to go after dirty contractors like Absolute. Even it costs me 5 times what I paid. Do not book with these guys ever. This is no grudge, but the wrong guy they pissed off with big pocket book. Most clients can't do this and this is why I am taking them on.

Not a happy customer. We recently had our driveway re-cemented due to sinking and cracks. We paid extra to have fiber in the cement to strengthen it and were looking forward to a nice new crack free driveway. Unfortunately, after an enormous amount of money and only 6 days later we have a crack in the driveway that we haven't even driven on yet. We also had to scrape splattered concrete off our vinyl siding and vinyl fence. Gary came out to look at it a couple days later and basically said that all cement cracks and there's nothing that can be done about it. I'm not a cement expert so I can't speak on that end of things but I am a Customer Service expert and I would not want my company name associated with shabby work. Basically, this review is just to make people aware that unless you have MAJOR cement damage you might as well save your money because according to Gary "it happens."
