I ended up getting the other area replaced and I am glad I did -- just for peace of mind. I really like speaking with someone who is not a 'pushy' salesperson. I appreciate talking to someone who talks to me and explains things clearly. I would highly recommend 616 Roofing and Exteriors and would call them again for any needed repairs in the future.

Really excellent sales pitch - senses your values and capitalizes on them. End work product (the…read morepart he finishes) is done well, but he skips parts of the job toward the end so he can leave. He underestimates the time needed to do the job, and then blames the particular bad condition of your property for taking more time. His verbal promises change from pre-quote to day of job, he asks for more money after the job is underway (for things he forgot to put on the quote), and he won't come back to fix problems you discover after you paid him. I posted pictures here of things he didn't finish that he promised to do in exchange for more money. Very poor communication unless he wants something from you (doesn't return calls or text back). What would have been a 5-star review became 2 stars due to leaving it unfinished. It's really too bad, because the unfinished work is your last impression of him and it overshadows the lion's share of work he does really well.

Professionalism, excellent customer service, excellent communication and excellent results with zero frustration. We had a siding project that included extreme water damage and wood rot - the repair was phenomenal and the results were like it had never occurred. And the best thing -- it was at an affordably fair price! The second project was shingle installation on the house and the garage. It was scheduled to meet our personal needs and was completed in only one day. Personal attention to each of these projects was given by the owner, Bryce Bishop. You just don't find many companies with personalized service anymore. Bryce communicated thoroughly regarding both projects. The first project (siding) he did himself. The second project (roofing) - he visited our property to make sure everything was thoroughly cleaned up according to his excellent standards and also to inspect the work that was completed. He even climbed up on the roof personally to inspect that the job was competed to his excellent standards and to make sure we were satisfied with the results and to see if we had any additional questions.
