Auto repair is something that usually gathers all car owners into a common fold ... One where we are left feeling the sting of being too easily parted from our money; However, my experience at Absolute Car Care was so NOT that. I felt instead that I became a member of an exclusive club where everyone is valued and appreciated. I was visiting from out of state when two tires were damaged beyond repair. They needed to be specially ordered. Within 30 hours of my initial visit to the garage, I had two new tires mounted, 3 tires rotated, a front-end alignment and a rear bumper reflector lens replaced. From the initial phone call to when I drove away, every person with whom I came into contact was professional and courteous. The garage was clean, the waiting area was comfortable ... But what left the biggest impression was that during the 2 hours that I read about the Bruins' win in The Stanley Cup Finals while waiting for my car, many customers came and went and all but one were repeat customers ... Most were greeted by name, all seemed satisfied. It's obvious I had been lucky enough to have a friend recommend Absolute Car Care ... Auto repair professionals you can absolutely trust. read more

My wife and I came up from New York to buy a pre-owned car from a local dealership in Framingham. I needed a pre-purchase inspection. I saw that Absolute had great reviews so I asked them to do the inspection for us. Mike and Steve were great! - Competent, honest, and a real pleasure to do business with. Mike carried out chairs into his shop so my wife and I could watch and ask Steve questions as he inspected the car. I never experienced or expected such consideration from an auto repair shop. Steve talked to us as he moved around the car. When he found that the control arms needed to be replaced he pointed out the problem and explained what needed to be done and why. Although I could have waited to get back to NY to have a local repair shop do the work, I was so impressed, and had such confidence in them that I asked them to do the work. Wish they would move to NY! read more

I have a 13-year-old Honda Pilot that the guys at Absolute Car Care keep in top condition for me. Not only do they pick up my car from my workplace, but they call me to update me on any work I'm having done, and best of all - they don't try to sell you things you don't need! They tell you an honest evaluation of your car and what it needs. Service is always done right the first time - I never have to go back for a second time when they fix something. I will continue to bring my vehicle here for service and recommend them to anyone who asks. read more

I recently needed some repairs done on my Jeep and I decided to give absolute car care a try! Normally I anxiously bring my vehicle to the dealership but a few of my close friends highly recommended I give absolute a shot instead. I live in Newton but the extra drive was definitely worth it - I don't know a lot about cars and always feel nervous the dealership is taking advantage of me but the staff at absolute were very honest and provided a thorough explanation of their diagnosis. It feels good to have great mechanics I can trust! read more

This guys are beyond awesome! What are the chances I get a flat tire the day before I go on vacation. I have a lexus LX470 truck and apparently getting the spare out of the back is impossible! So I had to have AAA tow my car to Absolute Car Care. When I came back form vacation I had my car waiting for me at my house with 4 brand new tires and a full tune up. The price was completely reasonable for such an above and beyond service. Mike and his crew are worth their weight in gold! read more

I have used Absolute Car Care for my family's 4 cars for the past five years. Mike and his staff are honest and knowledgeable. When something needs to be done, you can trust them. It is a refreshing change from my old car dealers where every visit for an oil change seemed like a new opportunity for them to charge you $1500! At Absolute, the priority is keeping you safe and keeping you coming back by them doing a great job. Mission accomplished. I would not go anywhere else! read more

I brought my car in this morning (with an appointment) - suspecting I needed brakes. Within an hour of dropping off the car I was called and told that indeed I did need rear brakes on my 2014 Subaru Outback. I was given the cost (very reasonable!) on that call. I got notified that the work was done around noon - less than 4 hours after I dropped off the car. And as a bonus - my very road weary car was washed and cleaned! Great service - great communication. read more

I've been to ACC twice and both times received the same, exceptional service. The shop always seems busy - a good sign. The two mechanics I met were professional and helpful ( My husband used to be a mechanic). Mike took good care of my MB E350 on both occasions and saved me a ton over going to a dealer who was recommending lots of parts replacement. Mike's team did professional repairs in short order both times and I couldn't be happier with the work. read more

Mike and the boys at Absolute are the best around. I've had 4 different cars go through there - none repeat offenders; and every time I do, I have no complaints. His prices are incredibly honest and whenever I ask about the issue at hand, Mike or one of the other mechanics breaks down the issue with knowledge. They even offered to give me a ride home when my breaks were going to take longer than expected! Great work boys! read more

I highly recommend coming here! I am a college student working 4 jobs to pay for tuition and my other bills and when I came here with a shredded tire and no key to unlock it Michael Forman changed it and helped me for free. He knew I was struggling financially and was so generous by helping me out without me even asking. I will definitely be coming here if I have any more car troubles. Thanks again!!! read more

I don't know much about cars so I've always been skeptical about bringing my car to the dealership or an auto repair shop for service... until I met Mike & John of Absolute Car Care. ACC operates with such honesty and integrity I would never consider bringing my vehicle elsewhere - Absolute Car Care isn't just my auto repair shop... they've become my personal vehicle consultants! read more

This place is a complete gem. They were able to assess my check engine light and fix the problem in the same day. They even gave me a ride home so I could work from home while the repair was being made. Mike explained the problem clearly without any mechanic jargon, which I really appreciated. We will definitely be making Absolute Car Care our main mechanic from now on. read more

Recently had a problem with a headlight on my 2004 Honda Accord. Just setting up the appointment I could tell that the staff would be professional and easy to work with. This turned out to be true. Brought the car in, they quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at a very reasonable rate. I will have no problem bringing in my car when next it needs a repair. read more

Mike did a great job with our car, which needed to be fixed while we were out of the country. We were able to coordinate everything by phone and email, and he was very helpful in determining what needed to be fixed right away, and what could wait for a future appointment. The prices were very fair and we are extremely happy with the service. read more
