I'd like to thank Jeremy Watkins, a sales representative at Romeo Toyota of Glen Falls!…read more Besides a couple of hiccups upon delivery, Jeremy allowed me to get in the car of my dreams! Toyota has built some great cars in the past, but this GR Corolla is just special. For the driving enthusiasts out there, give Jeremy a call and he will help you get into this phenomenal driving machine!!! Thanks again Jeremy!

Scammers! My wife brought in her truck with only 22k miles to Romeo Toyota in Glens Falls for a…read moreroutine oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. While there she was contacted twice by them about potentially selling her truck to them with her refusing the offer. Later she was contacted by the mechanic saying there was issues with the steering rack that would cost $3,158 (plus tax) to fix. They removed her old inspection and told her she shouldn't get the truck and drive it until they fixed this supposed issue. They texted her a grainy and out of focus video supposedly showing the issue that was indecipherable due to the poor quality. This text looks like they have since deleted it since she can no longer access it. She decided to get a second opinion since we have had no issues pertaining to this supposed issue and bring her truck to a different mechanic. The second mechanic from a different company/garage (another licensed NYS vehicle inspector) put the truck up on his lift and brought my wife in to show her himself that there was no issues seen with her steering rack. He said he suspects there were drips of oil from when they did the oil change that caused them to claim the $3,158 issue. Over the past few days my wife and I brought her truck into 2 other mechanic garages (all licensed NYS vehicle inspectors) and both reported no issues to the steering rack. So currently the tally is 3 reports of no issues to the steering rack from other mechanics and 1 report from Romeo Toyota of Glens Falls of a $3,158 (plus tax) issue. Over the next week or two I plan to start collecting clean reports like they are pokemon and get to 10 clean/no issue reports just to prove my point. I've also collected a report from a previous employee of theirs who says he left their service department due to 'shady business practices'. After talking to one of their service managers and saying I would report this as fraud to the NYS DMV he stated he would call "His friend (Name)" at the DMV to clear this issue, then when I called him out on him saying 'My friend' he denied it. I'm not seeking any kind of compensation as my wife and I were lucky enough not to 'fall for' this, so there is nothing to be compensated for. I was hoping they would own up or take responsibility for this, but it looks like it will not happen. I just don't want others to get caught up in these kind of shady business practices. There are SOOO many other dealerships and garages out there to choose, skip this one.

I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Tucson 11/10/23 along with being…read moreencouraged to purchase the extended warranty (which I did) and literally since that day I have had problems with the vehicle. I worked with the salesperson named Jim and I really thought he along with every other employee there had integrity but boy was I sadly mistaken. For starters very 1st day I purchased the vehicle the mirror is broken, and a piece of the roof rack is missing. I was immediately assured the part for the roof rack was ordered but it takes a while because it was coming from Hyundai. I was also told that the mirror would be ordered, and I would get a call when the parts came in. When I got home, I opened the sunroof, and it wouldn't close and I also smelled a burning smell, so I drove the car back to the dealership. I had also found dirty used masks in the glove box along with all the past owner's purchase paperwork (which I still have) and under the passenger front seat there was breakfast sandwich wrappers. You could tell the car hadn't been detailed at all. So along with everything else wrong I told Jim about these issues also. The excuse about the wrapper was that maybe the person that test drove it last left it, but I was the last person that test drove it because I remember he said he was taking it out of inventory because I said I wanted the vehicle. The ended up getting the sunroof closed but I was told a part had to ordered for that also and again I would get a call when the parts came in. Later that even after going through the vemorrowhicle more thoroughly I texted Jim because by this time I'm annoyed and upset. I explained that the passenger door didn't close completely, and I could stick my hand through the lining and air was coming in. I also told him there was a crack in the windshield and that I felt taken advantage of and they I felt he knew all along the vehicle wasn't up to par but sold it to me anyway. His response is "We will take care of everything". I bring the car back and they end up having to change the valve cover gasket because the car is leaking oil (hence the burning smell). So, you mean to tell me, you had a car on your lot, that your mechanics serviced but didn't know all this stuff was wrong with the vehicle? I call BS. I can't even count how many times I came over there about this vehicle to speak to someone and got the runaround. I told them that I am in the middle of Chemo treatments, and I can't be in NY during the winter due to the cold, so I needed my vehicle fixed but nope, I was told time after time the parts were not in. From the very first day I told them I heard a knock sound after I turned the vehicle on and then again when I turned it off but for whatever reason I was just ignored. I literally cried, cursed and damned in the place because I was so angry and tired of the runaround, but I always seem to get the same answer, "I will leave a message for them and have them give you a call tomorrow" but of course no call ever came. So now let's fast-forward to March/April, I finally had my husband deal with them about the parts. I was told to drop the vehicle off and I had the list of everything that need to be done and when I got there the mechanic said the only thing, he knew about was the roof rack. So, you mean to tell me I've been waiting all this time and they've been lying to me because the only part ordered was for the roof rack? Jim also told me that when my vehicle came in for the repairs that it would be detailed and filled with gas because of how it looked when I purchased. Another lie told because no detail, no gas, my mirror still hasn't been replaced and now the motor has a hole in it. 7 months and the motor has a hole in it and no one wants to pay for it. Not the extended warranty and not hyundai because they both say it is due to sludge. Isn't it ironic that Hyundai said if the valve cover gasket was changed, they would have seen the sludge, so you knowingly sold me a piece of shit car. This vehicle has now been stationary for 2 months, but I still have to make my payments, and you think I would ever tell someone to purchase a vehicle here? The only good thing out of this is I have a family member that is very close with the AG and my case should be able to get heard pretty quickly because trust me you are going to stop scamming people like this.

Not even 25 miles later I was back. The brake lines burst while my pregnant fiancée was driving 12.5 miles after leaving the shop. This wasn't a "hidden" mechanical fluke. I have screenshots from their own technician's video (attached) showing the lines were rotted and flaking at the time they marked them "Passed." They saw the danger and ignored it which resulted in my family's life being put in danger and an immediate repair costing hundreds of dollars. We tried to resolve this with them, but they are completely unaccountable. They are a "sleezy" operation that prioritizes moving cars over human life. Please, for the sake of your family, go somewhere else for service.
