I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer was never told it was a prior police vehicle which btw in NYS it is illegal. Company stated they are not held reliable because the car fax states "government "and that I have no proof and nothing to state otherwise all the while no dealership wants to take it in on trade because its value is so far off what it was sold to me for and well it was a prior police vehicle. Long story short take a look at all the proof below in the video and photos

The last place I got a car from was not as great, the process was stressful and drawn out for several weeks. I had to handle all the DMV business and such but not here! John and Randy took care of practically everything! Found the car I wanted on a Monday, went back that Wednesday to pick up my new car, while in those two days they handled everything from the financing, bank contact, and the DMV. Once I got home, I noticed a couple "bugs" like a tail light out, one of my front lights out; little things like that. The very next Monday, they scheduled to have my car fixed up perfectly at a garage and let me use one of their own cars for the night. I can't recommend GFM enough!

The problem was that these crooks lied and said the brakes were 75%, which when buying the car and lopping down $13,000 for it, was acceptable. Mechanically, they don't care about as long as they get the sale. Thankfully, when my brakes failed, I was turning into my driveway so I didn't hit anything or anyone.
