I had to take two days off of work to have them cancel on me a second time. The second time I was told my car would be done by 1:30. After an hour of waiting they tell me that my car cannot be done today. Then they tell me my car is blocked in and they cannot get it out. After a half hour of them "trying" I had to call the state troopers. Another 30 minutes goes by before my car came out of the garage. The interior had grease marks everywhere and there was residue everywhere. I am filing for damages through small claims court. One of the employees was also making fun of people who use Groupon and called them cheap. I would NEVER go to this place again even if they offered to do the job for free. read more

This is really really really Fucking car service shop！！！ I got groupon for my wife car window tinting！they have two Address on map ,When I go first place they say only use for another store so I have to driving 40 minutes to another store, because they don't have a computer can use my Groupon this is too fucking funny a fucking joke! And when I go there they say I need to make appointment for window tinting ! OK so I make appointment ,Today I Time in 40 minutes to here ,I make appointments four days ago, they tell me I need to wait two hours for the service only for window tinting because the works not here! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They gave my wife a 9am appointment so we dropped it off the night before. We called at 1130am to check how it was going and they told us 130-2oclock it would be done. We came at 230 and still wasn't. They just gave excuses why they havent got to it. Worst customer service I have ever encountered! Trying to get some Running boards replaced thru the warranty, and it's been over 4 months! I have been told on 3 different occasion's that these running boards will absolutely be here on such-and-such date, only to learn that they never showed up. Wouldn't be so bad if they would call me and tell me, but instead theyll have me show up the next day expecting to have the running boards and installed, only to again be disappointed. Quoted us wrong 3 times after we already booked appointment. Ordered wrong parts, had to keep my car overnight when it was supposed to be done same day. Got car home and the system was all effed up. Car battery dead in the morning because they wired the new radio wrong, so the keyless entry wouldn't work. Had to bring back and sit there for 1.5 hours while they fixed. They said they would compensate me for all the trouble with money back or a free window tint. Never called, called twice and they said the manager would call back, never did. Terrible customer service. 2 weeks in a row they have called and canceled my appointment at the last minute leaving me no time to get an appointment at another place after I rescheduled my work schedule two times. I wouldn't bring my bicycle there after that kind of work ethic. If I ran a business and customers mattered to me I would find away to get the job done no matter what it takes. I should have read reviews before going to this place. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the customer service. I ordered an amp through them because they didn't have any in stock and was told it would be in in a couple of days. Almost 2 weeks later it was still not there. Because of the inconvenience, I was told that when I picked it up, someone would install it for me. No one called me to let me know it was in. I had to call them several times and each time the person on the phone had no clue what I was talking about. I called early in the morning to ask if I could come in that afternoon to pick it up and was told yes, but no one could install it for me. When I did go in that day, there were 4 guys standing around and looked like not doing much of anything. Now I've got an amp I have to install myself.. I was never even OFFERED a different time for me to have it installed after spending my money there. I even mentioned the installation when I was there picking it up and was just told 'no, sorry'. Very disappointing and not how a business should be run. I would not recommend this place to anyone for anything. read more

I went in to get an estimate on window tinting. The guy said he didn't want to do it in winter time because it's cold out. I was going to get tint, speakers, rims and a remote start. Since it's too cold out though, I'll go somewhere else. read more
