We had the best seats in the house as we watched from the rear side exit where all the acts came in and out. There honeslty isn't a bad seat in the circus tent. I love how we can view our seats on their website before we buy them. My friend who's birthday it was works at a theatre and enjoys the behind the scenes experience. We watched the light and sound booth workers do their thing, I adored their rubber duckie and hotwheels decor. The dirty puns and intimate atmosphere make it stand out from other shows in town, there's a vague story line but who cares it's a 90 minute show that encourages you to drink, the more you drink the better it gets. The center stage is small but the performers use the entire space. This show broke my childhood memory of enjoying the movie "singing in the rain". I had seen this show almost 15 years ago before it was open to the public. I missed the roller skaters and rope walker but all the acts were still amazing. read more

Finally got to see this show on my birthday! I really didn't know what to expect and I think that was a good thing. I enjoyed the show and it's intimate setting. The acts were great, funny and very entertaining. The host and assistant can get pretty crude though. I don't think there were any bad seats in the house. It's a little cramp and seats were uncomfortable but maybe that's part of its quirk. I'm not sure if it's worth paying the full price. Luckily, I got discounted tickets. The lounge outside of the tent was nice. It was like it's own little world and I didn't feel like I was on the strip. read more

WOW!! I can't believe I'm a local and I've never gone to see this show! Highly recommended. Our nephew and his wife were in town so we bought tickets a week prior. No seat is a bad seat! It was raining so we were not able to enjoy the outside bar and food area, but that was fine. Small circus tent like theme. Cocktail servers were on point! Came every few minutes to check on us and drinks got to us super fast. The show was filled with adult humor, talented sexy performers. My face hurt from laughing so much! I've never wanted to go to shows on the strip because I guess I don't have a keen eye for artistic performances or whatnot. BUT this show I highly recommend you go because it is funny and entertaining to watch. I heard that they have different performances sometimes as well. It is outside of Caesar's palace and you can go an hour early or so and hang at the bars they have outside. They also serve drinks inside as well. 10/10!!!! read more

With as many times as we've been to Vegas, this is one of the few shows we just hadn't found the time to see, until now. First, it's one of the more expensive shows currently running in Vegas. it's not usually available from Tix4Tonight or as they are called, Tix4Vegas. Second, it's very adult-themed. In fact, it's downright raunchy. To the core. You probably won't like this show if you're not in the mood. The MC is hysterical. Almost a Don Rickles/Joan Rivers-type banter with the audience. And if you ever saw Don Rickles live and uncensored, he was pretty bad. If you sit in the lower section of the tent, expect to be singled out. And if you WANT to be singled out, wear something funky that stands out. The many acts to follow are all pretty impressive, but also a good mix of comedy and serious acrobatics. I think I remember seeing one of the acts on America's Got Talent, but not 100% sure. Now, I meant it when I said it was raunchy. There was one recurring bit that I felt went a little too far, and I think the audience did as well because it wasn't generating the laughter some of the other bits were getting. I'm assuming the show is constantly updating itself and adjusting as needed so I don't know how long that joke had been in the show, but it did make me a little uncomfortable. At the same time, I guess the cast doesn't really care because they tell you upfront what to expect. Now for the logistics. There's a bar in the front of the tent which appears to be open to everyone. They don't scan your tickets until you get inside the tent. The seating is a hodgepodge of various chairs. They get massive credit for the chairs getting taller as you reach the back of each section so you can still see if someone sits in front of you. Depending on which chair you get, depends on how comfortable you are. Also, expect to get very close to a person sitting next to you as they are crammed in there. We did have a problem with our tickets being double sold (how in the world does that even happen with Ticketmaster??), but they were able to find us different seats. We were in the back row, which I think it's better because you can see everything without having to strain your neck to look up, but my particular seat, had a light fixture directly in front of me which blocked the view of things happening up high. It wasn't bad, just annoying. Overall though, it was a really great show. Some serious gutwrenching laughter, and a lot of fun. read more

So I've seen the show six times and the first 5 times were 5 stars best show on the strip. This last time was honestly mediocre. Mainly the MCs were meh. Their schtick has always raunchy but really funny. This time it was more vulgar without any wit, timing or comedic delivery. But it is a variety show which is the main reason you go and in this case only a couple of acts were really worth watching. Unlike in the past where you'd see multiple acts that did or could have made it far on a show like America's got talent a lot of them seemed more like they'd be a mildly entertaining feature act at a strip club as opposed to something that you'd see in a Vegas show. The girl with the giant balloon barely did anything except wear a sexy leather outfit with a thong, the "chicks on sticks" was okay but not something that would have made the cut to be in the show in the past. I go back if they change MC and mix up the acts a little bit but I don't think I recommend it to friends that come into town until I've seen that it's improved myself read more

I ready many reviews warning not to sit in-front if you have thin skin. That is very good advice. I sat in front and got picked on. That Gazillionair guy is mean but it's all in fun. Another guy near me got picked on and he didn't crack a smile once. Him and his date ended up leaving halfway through. It's foul mouthed and different. I saw something I wash I didn't. This is my second time seeing the show, with the first being 3 years ago, and both times were unique and fun! They have different acts at different points in the week, as well as I'm sure changing artists as people move on or come to town. Tonight they had an incredible line up including some beautiful aerialists, some fun jugglers, and an incredible opening balancing act that you have to see to believe. The drinks are priced as you'd expect on the strip, but they all have some absinthe in them so be prepared for it to hit differently if you've never had absinthe! The servers are all wonderful and keep you satisfied with popcorn and drinks as they come around. The space itself is very fun and I'd suggest coming early or staying after in the garden to have some food and drinks. Definitely a staple of Las Vegas if you're coming to the strip! read more

I liked some parts of the show, but was outraged about how rude the staff was about shooing us out as we were trying to leave. Our group of 16 included a grandma with mobility issues so we were a bit slow. We were just trying to pose for one group picture after the end, but the staff was excessively rude and forced us out before we could take one picture. The tickets to the show were not cheap so I couldn't believe how poorly they would treat a big group that paid so much money to be there. There was one employee in particular that was the worst and puffed his chest and got very close of someone's face to threaten one of the men in our group. That said, the show itself was raunchy and an interesting series of small group performances. The venue was in a high top circus tent and the seats were uncomfortable. Sorry, it did not meet my expectations for a Vegas caliber performance and experience. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

This was an amazing and entertaining show with a variety of comedy and different performances by some amazing and interesting entertainers. My guess this show is always changing and just be aware that if you are offended easily, this is not a show for you, and be prepared since there is a possibility you will be singled out in the crowd. Not only were we impressed by the performers in the the show, the staff was also amazing (ushers friendly and helpful, bartenders and food service folks nice, and the servers inside the tent were attentive). Overall, one of the best variety shows we have seen and in a very interesting venue. Just some notes that will make your visit to this show a bit easier. Parking at the Ceasers is easy but the Absinthe tent is located out front of the Casino next to Hell's Kitchen. If you have to pick up tickets at the box office, this show has its own box office in this same vicinity. We purchased the burger and tots with our tickets which we thought was a good deal. The burger is a delicious smash type burger on a pretzel bun and you get a ton of tots (we basically almost couldn't finish the burgers and finished half of the tots). Once you enter the Green Fairy Garden, to get you burger and tots, go the "No Pants" and show them your ticket. You can eat outside in the garden of even take it in the tent with you. We recommend that you purchase seats with a table if you buy drinks or decided to eat inside since these also have more room between seats that the other seats do (none of the seats are the most comfortable). After the show, the garden area is very beautiful with lights and they have a DJ playing music. You can purchase drinks in the garden area or get them inside the tent at the bar or from the server. Photos and videos allowed during show, just no flash use. Definately, put this on your Vegas Do List. read more

This show is an absolute riot - great, impressive acts with hilarious MC and commentary. About 1.5hr long, it is just right for a night activity to break up with monotony of gambling and bars. Speaking of bars....be sure to arrive early and check out the attached bar area, it is a lovely kitschy patio with awesome drinks and servers. Show itself is definitely raunchy, adults only. I first saw Absinthe back in October 2015, and I recently just saw it again 9 years later and it's just as good...Absinthe is undoubtedly the best show in Vegas. Absinthe is a variety show with a good mix of acrobatic and comedic acts and the perfect combination of funny, sexy, and entertaining. The hosts also do an amazing job engaging with the audience. If you sit in the front rows, be prepared to be picked on by the hosts lol! The venue is in a tent thing outside of Caesars and all the seats seem pretty good as the venue isn't too big. If you don't mind paying a little extra, I would go with one of the table seats so that you have a little more room and a table to place your drinks. Absinthe is definitely a must see show...if I had to choose 1 show to watch in Vegas this would be it in a heartbeat. read more

Loved parts of this show, but the seating and the experience were a bit overpriced. The chairs are all linked together, and one person was spilling over into my seat. Luckily there were empty chairs that we were able to move to instead. Definitely do not sit in the front rows unless you enjoy being absolutely roasted and laughed at by everyone. Some folks were picked to join part of the show. They seemed to have fun which was good. The acrobatics were amazing! I didn't mind the strip tease and most of the raunchy humor. Characters were excellent. The contortionists were cringe worthy since it looks so painful, but wow! It's impressive. I could not handle the knife eating but that's a usual trick to see. Some of the humor was a bit disturbing in terms of sexual animal jokes, which I didn't like. Overall, it was a cool experience, but just a one time event for me. read more

I had such an amazing time at the hilariously raunchy and XXX-rated Absinthe show! I had the Gazillionaire experience with the chauffeured Rolls-Royce that picked me up from my house and drove me and my friend to the show. It was an awesome experience because the driver of the Rolls-Royce gave us a tour of the strip from the Mandalay Bay down to the Cosmopolitan and through the City Center. Once I arrived at the show, I saw a beautiful circus tent at the back of a courtyard. The courtyard had food and drink options and spots for photo backgrounds. Once inside, the show started with a bang. I will mention that I sat at the producer's table and had a great view of every performance, but the setup in Absinthe is that each audience member will have a great view of the acts. There were incredible gymnasts, freak shows, dancers, comedians, and the most raunchy host I have ever seen. This is an experience for couples, bachelorette parties, bachelor parties, and girl's night. I would not come here with my brother, sister, or parents. Last note, the drinks are incredibly strong. This was my first legit show in Vegas. I had always wanted to go to a show and I am so glad this was my first one. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by a bunch of friendly faces and had this girl I think her name was Clarissa came up to us and get drinks for us. She was so amazing. My wife loved her. We had one of drinks with absinthe in it. It was pretty good. I've had absent before. It's not for everyone. The drinks weren't cheap, but it was worth the experience. In the garden, there were several things to do some stuff to eat and I think there was a speakeasy, but we got there a little late so as soon as we got our drinks, we were able to head right in to the tent. Once we got in we they have a popcorn maker right up front. That was kind of cool to have some popcorn and watch the show. Seating is pretty interesting like a bunch of high top bar chairs. It's very cozy. I literally had the worst seat in the house and I still had a great view and had a great time it was well worth it. We sat in the very back and I think it was good for viewing the show. Maybe somewhere in the middle rows would optimal. The people at the very front you'd be looking up the whole time but also your fair game to get made fun of get water splashed on you so if you're up for that then go ahead. This show had everything it was so amazing and the host and his copart were probably my favorite part of the show. Their raunchy humor and banter was great. All the acts were unbelievable. The people were very acrobatic and just did unbelievable things I could see why this is the best show in Vegas. Book your tickets early they go fast. The show was just superb. Each and every performance was just fabulous. I especially loved the male host, he was so funny. The 90 minutes went so fast. I wish it was longer.
