There is a policy that each person must get a meal dish, this doesn't include apps or salads so if you are planning to all share this is not for you. We got the 2 meals which includes soups, dish, and dessert which allowed us to try both soups and desserts. Of the dishes got the Chicken Kebab, Kabuli Palaw (lamb), Mantoo, and Kofta Chalaw (beef). The soup was pretty good coming in a small bowl. The Mashaba reminded of wedding soup and was the one I liked best. Each dish comes with a lot of rice and by a lot i mean a huge plate full. It was a lot of rice for supposedly one person with meat ratio being quite a bit less. My favorite had to be the Beef, the sauce of this was really good I was just eating the sauce and rice itself. The sauce on the Lamb was really good too but there was just a lot of bone. The Chicken was a little on the saltier side but a great dish. The Pasta was not a fan favorite, the vegetable flavor was a little strong and there was a lot of it. The workers were really patient with us even though we were taking a long time to order. For dessert they have us extra so each person could have some a which was so nice of them. We ended with some complimentary tea which washed everything down.

We went a bit earlier this time and we were the only ones dining, with the exception of someone who came in for a pick-up order. The ambiance was therefore very quiet and cozy but I always think this as I love the simple brick decor and surroundings. (At the time we dined, they were still finalizing the kitchen prep and our food still came out quickly!). Everything was so good- the eggplant continues to be our favorite appetizer! This time, I got chickpeas with chicken, rice, salad, and I had a little bit to bring home for leftovers. I could've eatery the entire plate but I honestly just wanted to have some more to enjoy at home later on. My partner had a dish that was a combo of the lamb and beef and the taste I had was very good- I may even order that next time. The chickpea dish was perfect though and it really hits the spot. The waiter is nice and welcoming. Came to ask if everything is okay. It is always nice to have someone come check to see ensure our food is good.
