I was freaked out, it was late at night, I can't give ticks as party favors!! I called Viking as a brand new customer and explained my dilemma. Less than 12 hours after hubbies attack our yard was being treated by technician Danny (photo incase I got name wrong) I'm extremely happy with the yard plan I purchased and I was told 1st treatment won't be 100% I can honestly say no one complained (I asked lol) tick fee and didn't need to light torches for mosquitoes!! Very unprofessional. They went to the property for a WDI pest inspection. They cleared the house as…read moreno pest damage. I went there right after they left the property and found frass on a window sill inside the house. This was not on the report. I asked for them to go back and check the window sill. The rude lady on the phone (the inspector wife) told me that it was most likely fine and didn't need them to go back to check. I insisted and got an appointment for them to go back and check what was missed. Today, my agent told me that they called the seller's agent and they had a nasty attitude. And told the agent to tell me that they went to the property without actually going. This company is not trustworthy. Take your business elsewhere. Ps: They also missed a mud dubber next on the exterior of that window. Edit: gaslighting is the opposite of honesty.

I had to call Chuck on Fourth of July for a mice issue at one of my Airbnbs, he showed up for me even on his day off. I didn't have to refund the guest thanks to him. The 2 mice were actually killed a few days later (we found the dead bodies). Today they sent David out and took care of our cockroach issue. The guest was asking for a free stay and didn't get one because we had proof they were lying about the infestation. I will continue to work with them in the future on all my properties and the ones I manage. I highly recommend them!

A quick Google search and Yelp search rendered that Prodigy Pest Solutions was the way forward. Unfortunately for me, this discovery of mine occurred on the evening of July 3rd, so it took me a while to get someone out to take care of it, but Prodigy came as quick as they could. They also said that bald-faced hornets were some of the more aggressive hornets out there, so to be careful around them. Given everything, it was a terrific service. Decent value for what they do. Killed all the hornets. Said they'd sort it out if they didn't. I'd happily use Prodigy again!
