I just came home from an incredible experience at S&N! I…read morehave a Sea Doo Fish Pro that is only two months old. It developed a problem with the waterproof phone storage compartment. It broke and would not close or open. Keep in mind that I did not buy this boat there because they did not have any at the time that I wanted one and they were pretty hard to get a few months ago. So I called them last Tuesday (Oct 12th 2021) and they told me no problem bring it in next Tuesday and they will get it fixed including parts if need and back to me by Friday. I was thrilled about such a short turn around time given the way things, service, and parts have been going lately. Well here is what happened today Oct 19th. I arrived and they knew I was coming from the appointed I had made. They told me to pull it into the yard. This where things went fantastically! I pulled in and met up with Sean (not sure how he spells it). Sean asked what was going on so I explained it to him. He came over to look at it and said to me "Oh yeah I know what this is". Immediately after looking at he instantly knew what was wrong!! He told me that it is missing a washer under the screw and that the factory used the wrong screw!!! He told me he would fix it for me right now!! He went to get a few tools and I'm serious, had my boat fixed in less that 10 minutes!! He said ok its all good you can take it. I was shocked. I expected it to be down for days. I ran into Steve I think his name is, who is the owner. I raved, rightfully so, about what Sean just did for me. When I asked if I need to do anything or show paper work or anything they said "no, it's all good you can take it" Look I know no place is perfect. Some places drop the ball now and then. But I will tell you one thing, I will never take my jet ski anywhere else for any service that it might need. These guys were fantastic! This is the way to handle a customer or to make more customers. Thank you so much guys for getting me fixed up so fast and for having a mechanic like Sean working for you. He is fantastic! I'll be seeing you for my 50 hour routine maintenance when it is due. Thanks to Steve too!

I first met Chris and his crew 6 years ago at the Leesburg Bike Fest. I had just recently purchased my 2006 Softail Deluxe and after his crew had installed a couple of customized and performance items for me, he put my bike on his Dyno. He identified a problem that would have been catastrophic for my engine. His crew fixed the problem and in the process it added an increased 20% of horsepower. I've been a believer in their expertise and abilities ever since. I recently stopped by to get the fluids changed on my 2014 Softail and have him look at my tires. As I figured the tires needed changing. He ordered new ME888's and a few days later called me stating my bike was ready to go. I was very pleased with my new tires and the work performed. The shop: The front sales area has accessories for all your HD needs, including performance packages. In the rear is the shop area. There are three elevated "stalls" where work is performed on the customers' bikes. Further to the back is the "Dyno Room" where Chris puts the bikes thru tests. Based upon the graphical results, he can determine if your bike is at operating at peak performance. The shop is very impressive and set up for serious maintenance and performance upgrades of one's motorcycle. I highly recommend you come by and check them out. They're located at 15870 Pine Ridge Rd. Every time I've been in, the experience has been fun and laid back. I get to hang out with the employees or other customers as the bike gets worked on. Sara is super helpful, Bob always has time to talk bikes and bike stuff, and Lana--probably the busiest person there--is very effective at what she does. She was able to have BMW cover a service recently so there was zero out-of-pocket for me. And if you haven't seen it, please walk through the upstairs museum of family motorcycles. There's likely one that you rode or owned and many will bring back great memories. Definitely highly recommended!
