We realized it after being on the road and the units were in able to keep up. We went back and forth for many months trying to get him to correct this. He decided he would graciously replace one of the units with the correct unit, he came with the unit, didn't have the parts he needed, of course we inspected and found that this one was ALSO an inferior unit, and this one was discontinued.
