It broke and would not close or open. Keep in mind that I did not buy this boat there because they did not have any at the time that I wanted one and they were pretty hard to get a few months ago. So I called them last Tuesday (Oct 12th 2021) and they told me no problem bring it in next Tuesday and they will get it fixed including parts if need and back to me by Friday. I was thrilled about such a short turn around time given the way things, service, and parts have been going lately. Well here is what happened today Oct 19th. I arrived and they knew I was coming from the appointed I had made. They told me to pull it into the yard. This where things went fantastically! I pulled in and met up with Sean (not sure how he spells it). Sean asked what was going on so I explained it to him. He came over to look at it and said to me "Oh yeah I know what this is". Immediately after looking at he instantly knew what was wrong!! He told me that it is missing a washer under the screw and that the factory used the wrong screw!!! He told me he would fix it for me right now!! He went to get a few tools and I'm serious, had my boat fixed in less that 10 minutes!! He said ok its all good you can take it. I was shocked. I expected it to be down for days. I ran into Steve I think his name is, who is the owner. I raved, rightfully so, about what Sean just did for me. When I asked if I need to do anything or show paper work or anything they said "no, it's all good you can take it" Look I know no place is perfect. Some places drop the ball now and then. But I will tell you one thing, I will never take my jet ski anywhere else for any service that it might need. These guys were fantastic! This is the way to handle a customer or to make more customers. Thank you so much guys for getting me fixed up so fast and for having a mechanic like Sean working for you. He is fantastic! I'll be seeing you for my 50 hour routine maintenance when it is due. Thanks to Steve too!

I was in the market for new fairings for my 06 CBR600RR for a few months or so. Obviously I wanted to do my homework so I spoke with a few riders in my area, read through different blogs, watched vids on youtube, looked through Summit, Monster, Kings, ifarings and a few others on EBay. No disrespect to those companies, but I couldn't be happier with ABS. Thanks to ABS, my bike looks sexy as hell. Much better than yours. Lmao. As far as the fairings, customer service and delivery they provide, 10 stars. The plastics, the paint and the fitment is sharp and on point. A few things you need to understand about ABS: They're open Monday - Friday. Which means that if you send them an e-mail late Friday night, don't expect a response on Saturday. Their fairings are customized to fit your bike. Which means that if you order them on Monday, don't expect them to arrive on Tuesday.
