It was a nice surprise to see how decked up Fisherman's Village is. Def a place to get into the Christmas spirit. So many decorations and fun photo ops everywhere. We walk throughout the area, the have lots of shops, cafe, ice cream and restaurants and a tiki bar. You can also take a sunset boat tour. They also have nice water views. This is def a great place to visit for all and especially at Xmas. A new restaurant is opening the second week of January 2026 too towards the very end after all the shops. Just keep on walking. This is also dog friendly so we are happy to walk our dog here. Half is shaded half not and there is plenty of free parking in the lot next to it. 4 stars bc prices can def be tourist prices.

I authorized work based upon a verbal quote. When they called to review the invoice, they told me the acid wash took an extra hour ($135). When I objected, they said it was a common practice to proceed, without notifying the customer, if the overage was under ten percent (10%). Eventually, they took that amount off the invoice. When I received the invoice there was a $50 "shop charge" that had not been discussed with me over the phone. I sent an email, objecting to that charge and the overall experience of getting, not one, but two surprise charges. I received a call from Stacy (who I was informed later was the owner). After explaining the situation, she started yelling at me and how they're trying to run an honest business, etc. I had to abruptly end the conversation by asking her to respond to my email in writing. She never did. I've never been talked down to as a customer and would not recommend them.

Boat ran fine during sea trials. Took the boat out early this week and the alarm went off again. Back to Gator Creek to speak to the owners on June 25 to discuss the next course of action. They are very easy to deal with. Now to find out what the problem is. They are aslo going to work on what was billed last time. So my stalker need not worry why I was there.

The front desk and text chat assured us we had new sheets, and when we came back our room hadn't been touched. I'm not sure if it was a housekeeping issue or communication issue-- as the front desk reassured us multiple times that our sheets were changed. Either way, it was very frustrating!
