I first want to start by saying I did not buy my boat from Quality Boats, that was my first…read moremistake. I bought from another dealer and have nothing but trouble with warranty issues. Fast forward 7 months. I now store my boat at Quality in Englewood and they have been nothing but great. They are very responsive to your needs and if there are any issues they get right on it to make sure everything is taken care of. This is from the main office to all the folks in service and the guys loading and unloading the boats at the dock. Back to the warranty work from my original dealer. Quality boats (Eric) the service manager has worked it out to take care of my issues. Now after 7 months I will get the work done that should have been done. All of this will be warranty not costing me a thing. If they will do this for someone not buying from them think of what they will do if you buy at their lot. They're enthusiasts but they're inclusive; I'm pretty new to the whole motorsports thing and I felt so at ease asking these guys questions and getting up to snuff. Not a lick of judgment or ego here. The only issue I have is the location, had a little trouble finding it (it's in a little nook full of businesses sitting between Tamiami and El Jobean) But I was able to chat with the owner and he mentioned they'll be moved to a more proper (and larger!) location by the end of the year. I just moved to the area so I've been on the prowl for the good places, this is definitely one of them. I'm totally coming back here.

So stopped by here with their convenient and extensive choices for timing and duration of excursions .. if you just want to be out on the water to feel the breeze and not do much... totally worth the fees to have a boat for a day and have a meal and just chill swim and fish. Oh yeah... another thing I loved being able to go around saying "go get your ticket to BELOW ME (boat name)!" That humor is totally the vibe of the instructor and owner Joe and his hilarious wife Stephanie. They are so cute as they banter and give each other total grief and giggles... such entertainment!!! Beautiful area. Marina is in a great location. That is the good. The bad? Very poor management…read more Docks are being worked on but mostly in bad shape. Zincs go twice as fast as normal. Electrical boxes literally falling down. Most have burnt connectors. Water had green algae coming out. Internet only works on the first section of dock and is unsecured. Pump out works sometimes and they hand you the hose. Diesel is cheap, gas is high. Cable T.V. does not work. The pool, bathrooms and laundry closes at 5 p.m. every day. If you still want to go I suggest you walk the docks and talk to the current live a boards and the employees of the boat club on site. Ask them what they think of management. Do yourself a favor and pass them by. 1/2 mile south is Palm Harbour. Go there. They have great facilities and the staff is very helpful and very friendly.
