I decided that I will not go back because I don't either know or care enough to diagnose an intermittent problem. I requested my batteries and took them to Auto Zone and had machine testing done on them and have documentation. Both batteries tested out good. I confronted the owner requesting that the money be returned to me. He had charged me $340, tax and labor along with other charges for supposedly other work they had done. He refused to refund any money for the batteries. I told him that he clearly took advantage of me. Be sure to read his reviews of others he has not treated fairly. I wouldn't ever take my boat back to him or ever refer anyone to use his business. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to try to spare others of this wrong doing. I went to Key West and when I got home EZ dock had removed my entire dock. We called and asked why and what they were going to do and we were told, "I knew this was going to bite me in the ass!" They had consistently refused to do anything to fix the issue they created. I was going to repair my dock and have 2 estimates to do so. Now there is nothing there to repair.

I received an invoice for 4 straps and responded to the invoice email that I had tried to contact her and needed her to find out why 2 straps instead of 4 and let me know. Here is a word by word email she sent me....and there is more: How in the world do you expect us to make sure the straps were in place when in fact, YOU said they were not??? Could you not see this for yourself rather than wasting time/fuel? That $85 charge is due and if not paid will collect late fees and subsequently be sent to our attorney for collections. You cannot request service calls and not expect to pay for it, especially when it's something you could've seen for yourself. Seriously, what did you expect? I didn't even request a service call. I asked her to call or email me. She never communicated with me that her employees went back to do the job right. I could care a less about a $85 trip charge, it was the fact that I didn't ask her to do it and it seems like she did it just to be a nasty person and rub it in my face.
