I signed up primarily for BJJ as they offered more classes than my previous gym. So far I've been really impressed with the instructors and the way classes are run. The mat area is super clean, well maintained, and pretty spacious. Classes are structured but also leave plenty of time for live rolls at the end (my favorite part). The rest of the gym is also nicely maintained and has a cool turf area to do "non-traditional" gym things like sled push/pull, ropes, sandbags, etc. There are free weights, olympic bumper plates, weight machines, and a variety of cardio machines as well. Everyone has been really friendly and helpful. I also like that with the membership option I chose I can visit any UFC gym, which is nice because I travel regionally for work. (Note: you can only attend the BJJ and other "mat room" classes if you join the Championship tier. Otherwise, you can use whatever you want in the gym and do some of the group exercise classes). The app is cool and I like that you can register for classes and also track how many classes you've been to. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about but if you're looking for a nice clean gym with good equipment then give this place a try!

I was especially impressed by how many squat racks there were- 4 plus a smith machine! This location is fairly large with a big room for group classes that you can use when they're not in session, a cardio room and a big weight lifting area. There is ample natural light which makes a cheerful atmosphere. There were also several bathrooms that included showers, cleaning wipes and even some water and protein bars for sale. The whole facility was very clean and everyone was nice and respectful of the space. Daniel helped me with a complementary day pass and was very nice. I'd highly recommend this gym!

After four years working with Ted and his wife Chaz, I was ranked 12th in the country in the Junior category, and I was getting recruited from top universities. I eventually received an athletic scholarship from Northwestern University where I fenced for four years, earning All-American honors and making it to the NCAA National Championships twice. If it wasn't for Ted's fantastic coaching ability, I never would have reached the athletic and personal heights I did. Ted and Chaz even attended my wedding 15 years after I first met them. Ted changed my life and he can change your kid's too.
